Title: Simple, easy, works great
Review: We've had our Luxe bidet for about a month. We replaced an older and totally different type of bidet attachment. I love it!!! This one, while a simple design, is far superior for the following reasons:1. It was super easy to install.2. The design allows for easy cleaning of the toilet (best feature!!)3. The 2 retractable nozzles are well-aimed and allow for thorough treatment of all relevant body parts.4. The self-cleaning feature and retractable design make for a very sanitary environment. We prefer this low-tech option--fewer parts to break. The cool water is refreshing, and a towel takes care of drying.

Title: Excellent design, works great
Review: This is the second Luxe bidet we have bought, and it has improved over the first 185 model, which was also excellent. It installs very easily--my 13 old did it in about 10 minutes--and it works great. It is a wonderful value for a product so well-designed and made, which also works so well. I'm sorry we did not have these long ago.

Title: Full circle!
Review: About 3 years ago I purchased a NEO 120, which was really very effective and well designed, but after about a year, I started researching the many plug-in bidets with dreams of a warm toilet seat, warm water, and a dryer. I had an electrician install a GFCI outlet next to the toilet ($340.00)! and then researched the many products available. I ended up purchasing an OMIGO luxury bidet seat. Good product with all the bells and whistles, but there were some shortcomings, especially the reduced water pressure compared to my non-electric NEO bidet. It just didn't clean as well! And who needs to spend an extra 2 to 4 minutes sitting on the toilet waiting for everything to finish! I disconnected the Omigo, and purchased this really nice NEO 185 plus for a fraction of the money spent on the plug-in. Great design, easy to install and clean, no remotes, no wires, and I really don't mind the cool/cold water as the water pressure is great for doing a thorough cleaning job. Just saying, everyone's "bottom line" is different, but I am very pleased with this add-on bidet.Great price and great customer service!

Title: Count Your Washers!!! And, order spacers (not included)
Review: Product is well-designed and manufactured. Installation instructions are well done and easy to follow, YouTube install videos for the 185 Plus model are available and worth watching prior to starting the installation.Unfortunately my package was missing one washer - which I didn't initially notice - and the required washers are of course critical for leak-free installation. Insure your kit includes all the washers you need before you begin! My installation was in a 'tight' setting; two walls each very near toilet, so you are on your back, needing an extra elbow and the installation will go much more slowly than if you had more room. Not a problem caused by product design nor their instructions, but if your walls are very close to the toilet it makes for a more difficult installation. (Procedure itself is not more difficult; access is the problem. With close walls, you feel like you need an extra elbow between your wrist and shoulder to make the water connections!)I read the well-written instructions and watched YouTube videos of the install procedure prior to beginning - I recommend doing both. However, neither the instructions nor the videos emphasize insuring - insuring - you have all the needed washers before you start. There is emphasis on how to position a large washer but no comment on two other washers that are needed. My kit was missing one washer - one of the small flat washers (of two) needed for connecting each end of the provided stainless steel flex pipe. After three unsuccessful attempts at a leak-free connection of the subject flex pipe to the water supply side, and three unscrewed connections and 're-wraps' of Teflon thread tape, I finally noticed there was no washer in one end of the flex pipe. (Other end had a washer.) Having done minor plumbing upkeep for years, I had a box of faucet washers and, fortunately, found in the box one small-diameter flat washer (verses the many typically larger-diameter, conical faucet washers.) After another Teflon tape re-wrap and yet another connection, I finally had a leak-free connection. The missing washer caused a frustrating problem, further amplified by the tight quarters. In my opinion the install kit should also include - but doesn't - a set of polymer 'spacers' to support the toilet seat at the slightly raised height that exists at the bidet end after bidet installation. Order the polymer bumpers when you order the bidet - you'll will need them. And, install the spacers on the bottom of the toilet seat, put one next to each of the existing spacers on the toilet seat.Excellent bidet product, just my bad luck to get a packaging error that left out a critical washer. (Fortunately I had ordered the extra spacers when I ordered the bidet, as suggested by one of the YouTube videos.)In use, as mentioned by others, if you have good water pressure you will need to only barely move the water pressure control from 'off' toward increasing pressure for use.Excellent product, works as described.

Title: So easy and so worth it!
Review: I think all in all, it took about 15 minutes TOPS and a little bit of plumbers tape to make sure there were no drips, and it was installed in my upstairs bedroom! It had everything we needed in the box, the plumbers tape we already had, and if everything is secured very tightly you should have no drips. It is very refreshing and the cold water doesn't bother me at all. It feels so clean and soothing.Best thing we ever did, so I ordered a second one for the main bathroom! I feel like the feminine wash is going to be very helpful for when my daughter menstruates.Go ahead, what are you waiting for!!SIDE NOTE: Hubby did mention that the provided water supply t-valve needed to be tightened to filth because otherwise there was leaking. Make SURE you test for dripping so you don't get damage in the future!!

Title: Easy instal and works great
Review: For the price this thing is amazing. Not heated or anything fancy but itâs quality and gets the job done. Solid hardware and stays in place well on my toilet. No problems with leaking (I needed to use plumbers tape but it came with some).

Title: Best bidet ever!
Review: Installation was a breeze (tho I did have a few questions that were answered quickly by their customer support team). There are many features of this bidet that make it stand out, such as the innovative under-toilet seat installation; flip up feature for easy and thorough cleaning, self-cleaning one-piece nozzles, dual wash, and ability to adjust water stream pressure! Also, the fittings are U.S. compatible, which saves so many headaches! If you've owned a bidet before, you will understand that these features are outstanding. If you haven't owned one before, this is the one to buy!

Review: I first bought a Luxe Bidet Neo 120 ten years ago. Used it everyday since it's been great! Using just toilet paper now seems so primitive! For no particular reason, I recently looked over what other models Luxe offers and found the Neo 185 Plus. It looked like a great upgrade to the Neo 120. I was very pleased to see that many of the design limitations from the 120 were addressed in the 185. First off, water pressure regulation. The 120 had none meaning you had to be careful not to "power-wash" sensitive areas of your anatomy! New users to the bidet reliably used too much pressure resulting in a less than fun first experience! Sometimes, jumping off the seat, in surprise and in an act of self-preservation! The 185 limits the pressure to pretty much to the perfect level of intensity - even with the valve fully open. Since the 185 has the additional feature of the "feminine wash", my wife reported that the water pressure is well controlled meaning it is also well suited for the task.Other improvements. The mounting system is far improved with the hinge design which allows easier installation and positioning of the spray nozzle "aim". And the hinge design adds the welcomed feature of the entire unit tiling up for cleaning. This cleaning feature is also a great improvement over the design of the 120 where the only way to clean under the unit was to completely remove it which is totally impractical. The mounting hinges also have rubber inserts to prevent them from slipping on the shiny surface of the toilet. The valves feature smoother action and the control "pod" design looks more modern (I have the chromed handles). The spray nozzles have no flange on the bottom which potentially could trap contaminants. They also improved the "wash" feature - now it sprays water on the nozzles and on the down the front and rear of the nozzle splash shield. The adapter t-fitting is now made of metal instead of plastic which is also a big security improvement since plastic could fail/spit resulting in a flood. They also standardized the size of the fittings on the metal braided connection hose to 3/8â³ x 3/8â³. The only downside is the smaller plastic male threaded fitting on the bidet pod is potentially easier to cross-thread. So before installing the unit on the toilet, connect the flex hose so you can carefully monitor the angle of the nut tightening on to the fitting. I did not need to use the plumbers tape on this connection since flex hose has an o-ring on sealing surface. So the only problem...I have another Neo 120 that I want to replace it with a 185!Luxe should be proud of this product - they have put the time in and made pretty much every needed improvement to make this the best add-on bidet on the market!

Review: The build quality was very good, but the problem was the pipe fittings. The pipe fittings are in USA imperial pipe size and there type of thread NTP, which are not compatable with the uk pipe size and the BSP thread that we use
