100 Cookies:
"Sarah Kieffer is the one who broke the Internet with her pan-banging cookies, large, chocolate-rich, and rippled like sandbars. And this book offers plenty of bangers, with a whole chapter of crinkly treats for those who like to make some noise on the way to dessert. Baking them all could be your winter challenge."
–The Boston Globe
"Kieffer's book is a baker's baking book, but it's also completely unpretentious. There are cookies for when you just want a good cookie, and more ambitious recipes for when you want to attempt palmiers or break out a culinary torch."
—Food & Wine
Baking for the Holidays:
"In this cheerful collection, Kieffer, founder of The Vanilla Bean Blog, shares dozens of sweet recipes perfect for the holiday season. . . . Avid holiday bakers should put this on their wish list."
—Publishers Weekly

Title: Amazing pastries book to delight the senses
Review: The recipes obviously are top notch, from years of experience and tests. I canât wait to try them, especially the brioche recipe. Iâve been wanting to know how to make the fluffiest, lightest and tastiest brioche. Highly recommend for people who love baking. Takes me to a happy place.

Title: I Made Every Recipe
Review: I made every recipe from this book (it took me about a 1.5 years to do so). My IG account is @cookbook.follower where you will see pictures of every recipe and my thoughts on them. I really liked this book. I liked the recipes that were a one bowl recipe the most because they were the easiest to do. I didn't think that any of the recipes were super complicated, but some took awhile due to having to wait for dough to rise and rest. There were a few duds, but that might have just been a me thing. Some standouts were the Lemon Meringue Bread, Tiramisu Bundt Cake, Mini Dutch Babies, Milk Bread Dough, and the coffee syrup. I do say that some of these recipes require equipment that I didn't have, so I had to buy it. Some of the equipment I didn't buy so I made do with what I had on hand. I also went through so much sugar, flour, and butter! I wish that I kept track of that. Most of these recipes are sweet, but there are some savory ones. Most of the recipes were more like desserts for us because the only time I had them ready to eat for breakfast was when I made them the day before and we were eating leftovers. I will definitely be pulling recipes from this book for special occasions or when I feel like I want a sweet treat!

Title: Great quality cook book with yummy recipes!
Review: I love this cook book and use it often. The quality and appearance of it makes it easy to also leave out as decoration for a shelf. The recipes inside are so good and i have yet to find one i donât love. Couldnât recommend this more if you enjoy making breakfasts or doing brunches! I have a copy for myself and have given many as gifts for bridal showers. Buy it!

Title: Worth it for the blueberry muffins
Review: I've made a handful of the recipes. My kids live for the blueberry muffins. We have also made the Danish. There are still many for us to try. There are a wide variety in the one hundred recipes, from simple quick breads to croissants. There are about 20 recipes of the hundred that I am planning on making. I'm not much for scones so I skipped all of those. I've included the table of contents with all the recipes because when I buy a cookbook I want to know what I'm getting. Ill also add pictures as we complete each item (if I remember).

Title: Another great one!
Review: Iâm a big Sarah Kieffer follower, have all of her books. My favorite is still her first one, but this will be a new fav! There are soooo many recipes to try and I like that thereâs not too many overly complicated ones. There are a few repeat recipes from previous books and rhubarb recipes ( the season is super short and hard to find mostly). Thatâs my only dislike. Other than that itâs a beautiful fun book, love the bookmark too!

Title: A must have!!!
Review: Iâve been waiting months for this book to be added into my collection. At last it is here and Iâm well impressed with the variations of recipes ranging from breads and muffins to cakes and scones. The author has done some serious justice when it comes to including recipes of breakfast pastries and beloved items that have been enjoyed during the most important meal of the day for decades.I remembered making the cinnamon rolls from the Vanilla Bean cookbook I got back in 2021. Iâm happy that it is featured in this book and also interested by the buttermilk variation. Iâve never made buttermilk cinnamon rolls but I am looking forward to it.Canât wait to make the orange buns that I see featured. I would definitely recommend this book. She goes in depth of her recipes and also give you tips on how to make them to be the best. She also have step by step photos which I think is beneficial.

Review: Best baking book I've owned bar none, every recipe I've tried so far true to its word and exceeds expectations, even down to the maple ( most luscious ever ) salad dressing she shares at the end of the book. Very delicious indeed!
