Title: Works great!
Review: I recently purchased the Bissell Turbo Power Clean Carpet Shampooer and I am extremely impressed with its performance. The suction power is excellent and it leaves my carpets looking clean and fresh. One of the standout features for me is that it leaves the carpet pretty dry, cutting down on drying time significantly. In fact, my carpets were dry in about 45 minutes after using this machine.Additionally, the carpet shampooer is lightweight and easy to maneuver around furniture and corners. This makes it a breeze to clean all areas of my home without feeling fatigued. Overall, I highly recommend the Bissell Turbo Power Clean Carpet Shampooer for its great suction power, fast drying time, and ease of use. It has made carpet cleaning a much more efficient and enjoyable task for me.

Title: I don’t have the highest of hopes but I was pleasantly surprised
Review: Compared to my previous name-brand heated pet-centric steam cleaner with detachable wand for spot cleaning or touching up your couch or car interior, this is mikes better. It sucks way more (yes, pun intended) and draws up much more liquid than my older but much more expensive name-brand carpet cleaner. This unit is fairly light weight, easy to assemble and comes with a very long power cord. Seriously, this thing sucks! It sucks so much that after a couple of passes you essentially have dry carpet. That depends on if you pre-treat a problem area first or if you hammer the cleaning fluid in one spot but for most of my cleaning areas, a couple of passes (back and forth) after squirting the cleaning fluid onto the carpet and it is reasonably dry even in the summer with higher humidity. It removes a LOT of dirt and grime, liquids from spills, pet accidents and more. I usually go over the carpet once with a carpet cleaning solution mixed per the directions followed by a couple of passes with clean, warm water only. That flushes out any remaining carpet cleaning solution and assists with drawing up the remaining dirt or grime. It works better than the last two big name (see expensive) carpet cleaners I have owned. This is a budget model in features but NOT performance. It lack the detachable cleaning head for furniture and car interiors and the water tank/gray water tank are smaller it eclipsed the raw performance of my previous cleaners by a noticeable margin. For $100 you could do MUCH worse and for more $$. This is the second highest marks I have given to a product I purchased and reviewed. It really is that good. I’ve used it at least a dozen times already and it’s easy to use, easy to fill and easy to empty. It’s also easy enough to clean (which you should do after every use anyway plus a more thorough cleaning after every few uses). It does a great job cleaning my carpets especially with two dogs. Will it last for more than a year? I hope so. It isn’t the heaviest or most robust in its build materials but it is very well constructed. I’ve not had any problems with the cleaner since owning it and it has seen use at least once a week for over 2-months without problems.

Title: Look at the water after cleaning
Review: The dirty water photos, one was from 3 tank-fulls and the other from 2 tank-fulls of cleaning mixture at a time. I was shocked at how much dirt was removed!Pros:Very easy to use. Light weight. Effective.Gives an easy way to clean without spending hours renting and returning a big machine to the big hardware store.Looks good.This is for small jobs! BUT I cleaned 50 sq ft of high traffic area on first use. And the result is impressive! It took 5 of the small clean water tanks to do this.Use 1/3 cup of cleaner for each 'fill-line full' hot water tank. This is easier to measure, using a funnel to pour the cleaning stuff into the tank.So handy and easy, you can pull the machine out, clean, and rince the tanks quickly, almost as easy as if you were vacuuming a small dirt area.Cons:Once you go over an area and sucked up the water, if you put the handle to vertical position (while still switched on) and push the suction part over the cleaned wet carpet, a lot more water gets sucked up into the tank! The machine does not get close enough to the carpet to get all the water out. Doing this is tedious but it helps to remove the most water.

Title: GOOD MACHINE
Review: This unit arrived intact, with excellent instructions, and assembled easily.It is a breeze to use, and did a pretty good job on a difficult to clean old 90's era turquoise carpet, notorious for showing stains, and difficult to clean.The clean water reservoir is pretty small, so you'll only be able to do a few square feet, before having to refill, just so you know.The dirty water reservoir, however, is quite large, fortunately, and was less than a third full after cleaning a medium size living room.I had to go over deeply-stained high traffic areas several times, but it removed about 80%, just as good as the professional cleaning I had 2 years ago.I would advise you use the Bissell Spray Oxy Pretreat, before cleaning, as it really assists in stain removal, and also is a fine manual spot remover to keep around for future use.Cleaning the machine after is simple, but also has a small frustration included.Disassembly and reassembly is easy, according to the instruction manual.However, the very front piece on the lower machine is not removable, though looks like it should, and consists of several small slats, impossible to clean. I tried a table knife and Q-tips, but still couldn't remove all the dirt. I wanted to try removing the piece, but knowing how easily hard plastic breaks suddenly, and with the manual not denoting it as removable, I didn't attempt this. Bissell could easily make it removable, so that it could be washed clean under a faucet, like the other parts, but they didn't, for some reason.Also, don't forget to clean the wheels and the underside of the machine, too, which the manual doesn't mention.Otherwise, it's a great bargain, for the price, and hope to extract many years of service from this little gem.

Review: I bought this to clean the carpeted floors of both bedrooms in my apartment, which are each roughly 10 x 10-12 feet. This carpet cleaner works great, it got stains out no problem (including old cat vomit stains that I couldn’t scrub out by hand). It removed so many layers of dirt and grime from previous tenants that I didn’t even know was caked in there. If you’re cleaning an entire room or large carpeted area, the sample cleaner that comes with the machine probably won’t be enough, so I recommend buying a big bottle with it.What I found was that it leaves behind clumps of hair/dirt/etc as you use it, and I recommend picking those up by hand (or vacuuming them up with a regular vacuum once the carpet is dry), as they can get stuck inside where the scrub bristles are.For each room I had to empty the dirty water tank 1-2 times depending on how much water you use, and you’ll need to fill up the clean water tank 3-4 times. I didn’t find it to be tedious or annoying, especially given how powerful the cleaner is. Dump the dirty water out into your toilet so you don’t clog your drains.The noise it makes is no louder than a regular vacuum. You can tell when the water tank needs to be refilled because it will get louder. Everything attaches and detaches really easily. It’s easy to manoeuvre and handles very similarly to a regular vacuum. Follow the cleaning instructions that come with the cleaner. As someone who hasn’t used one of these machines before, I found it to be very easy.One downside is that it’s hard to clean the plastic guard inside where the bristles are, and there are some crevices where dirt and grime can build up. Use a scrub brush to get most of it out. I also wish the power button wasn’t so low down on the machine, you’ll need to bend down to turn it on/off (and you’ll alsoneed to bend down to empty and refill the tanks). If you have issues with back pain or mobility, that might be a bigger deal for you. I found the machine to be about as heavy as a regular vacuum of that size, and it’s obvious heavier when the tanks are full.Drying the carpets completely took about 12 hours. I recommend after you’ve finished cleaning to dry-run the cleaner over the carpets again to soak up excess water, that helps with drying times. I found the carpet to be damp after I was done, not wet or sopping (you’re using too much water if that’s the case and you should suck it up with the cleaner).Overall I highly recommend this cleaner, especially for the price. It’s easy to store and use, you’ll just need to devote some time afterwards to getting the front end of it clean.
