Title: Love this book
Review: Awesome book. I was looking for a book with simple directions, and easy to obtain ingredients, and this book delivers! A good number of salads that can be "main dish" or be a side dish. Love, love, love that the sodium content of each recipe is listed on the nutritional info - a life saver for those of us with diet restrictions. Many of the recipes can be tweaked to suit individual tastes, or use up leftovers - my kind of cooking! Black eyed peas are one of the few beans I am allowed to have (kidney restrictions), so finding this brought joy to my heart. Get this book, if you are trying to incorporate more veggies, watching your sodium, or, like me, just plain love black eyed peas.
