Title: A great blender and top-notch customer service.
Review: I love this blender and while I also have a Ninja blender I prefer this one because it doesn't sound like an airplane is taking off in my kitchen. I live in an apartment building and want to be considerate of my neighbors. The customer service is excellent. I had a problem with my first ones base and after submitting a video the company refunded the full price of the blender. Which I then used to go and buy another of the same blender. I'm hoping that I just got a faulty one. I use this primarily for breakfast smoothies and frozen drinks and it always works great.You will not regret buying this blender.

Review: I love it, love that the pitcher is glass. The extra smaller cup that it comes with is nice as well for smoothies on the go. I like it better then my Ninja that broke. This is the replacement, and for the price it’s better and just is good, can’t beat it!

Title: Great for crushing ice.
Review: So far this blender is performing well.It has a nice, heavy glass pitcher with 6 bladesand a plastic 4-blade portable jar.The strong suction cups on the bottom of the base keepsthe blender in place while operating.It has a low speed, high speed, and pulse.It's easy to lock and unlock the pitcher and jar to and from the base.The pitcher has a sealed lid that stays on tight and a removable middlepiece for adding ingredients.The lid for the jar screws on.To me, the real test on any blender is how well it can go through ice.I decided I would make a lemonade slushy in the pitcher. The blendercut right through the ice and produced the slush I was looking for.Then I tried plain ice water in the jar. It took a little longer due tohaving 4 blades but it eventually achieved the result I was lookingfor.Neither of the containers leaked but I did have some dribble from thepitcher's spout. To be fair, the pitcher was filled to capacity.This blender set comes with a warranty and if you register ityou'll receive an additional 1 year of coverage. I'd say that's a prettygood deal for peace of mind.

Title: Impressive quality
Review: This is a very high quality blender. I am super impressed with the speed even though it only has two speed levels and a pulse option. The blades are sharp and cut through ice easily. You get a glass blender pitcher but also another portable drinking bottle that can be attached directly onto the base as well. You get two different blades to be used depending on which pitcher or glass you are using. There are 4 parts to the blade for the glass and 6 for the pitcher. Easy to take apart and wash. Nice, sleek look makes it nice to even leave on a counter.

Title: perfect smoothie machine
Review: I have a larger blender from a different brand that I mostly use for processing large amounts of ingredients when cooking, but that is too large to be practical for making smaller fruit/protein smoothies that can fit in a single glass. The latter is what I got this blender for, and it works perfectly for that task. I like that the parts are dishwasher safe, and the blender is quite powerful. If I could take off half a star I would for the fact that when the blender is turned on, it starts to smell of an engine turning within just a few seconds. I don't think this is a big enough complaint to take off a full star though.
