Title: Poor documentation
Review: Very poor documentation. To use this you must you must have a smart phone, something that is not mentioned in the Amazon ad or in the instructions. I say instructions, but I really should say picture book. If you want instructions you actually need to go online. You will also need to download software, “GloryFit,” to your iPhone (or android). Then plan on spending a couple evenings online figuring it out.

Review: I like this smart watch. It is a good alternative to a Fit Bit or Apple Watch. I use it to track steps, sleep, heart rates, and blood pressure. The app has more features to track week or monthly data. I am happy w/brand and so far so good. Synchs well to iphone & text & voice on watch is a neat feature, star trek style. The band has not yet cracked like some other plastic wrist bands from other watches in the past. I like everything about this watch except the notifications, that I had to turn off, but that is coming from phone settings not watch. OK product!
