A: After the two devices are successfully connected and paired with the headset through Bluetooth, you can quickly switch to your calling device or music device through the MFB button.

Q:How to delete the pairing record?

A: In the H2 power-on state, press the MFB Button five times in a row, it will automatically shut down after a successful reset, with a voice prompt "power off" and the indicator light flashes red 3 times.

Q: Why did my headset automatically shut down?

A: If more than 5 minutes without connecting any device, or the battery voltage is lower than 3.0V, H2 will automatically shut down.

Q: Why can‘t I hear the voice when calling with the headset connected, and it's hard for the callers to hear my voice?

A: Because the audio of some mobile phones is selected by default during a call, please confirm the Audio selection [H2] on the call interface after answering the call.

Review: Bought it for my boyfriend who drives truck. It works great! Review: These noise cancelling headphones are perfect for the multitasking individual. To start out they are quick charging. 90 minutes and you are ready to use. If you are at a desk, or in a seat and busy, busy, busy. These will make your day and week so much better. They are comfortable to wear. The distance is 30 feet so they don't drop out when you move around. The battery has lasted way more then expected. Perfect for listening to music or gaming. Also they noise cancel. Easy to use answering calls. Push of a button to pickup and hang up calls. Being hands free sped up my working process and making multitasking much more manageable. I also read that these are good for truckers, but I don't use them for the transportation aspect. These are basically a great purchase for many jobs and hobbyists that demand great sound, and longevity. If you are looking for quality and affordability, then look no further.

Review: I have had these for about a month now so I can give a pretty honest review. Good sound quality and noise cancellation. Ear cushion is comfortable but it will make your ear sweat if you have n for a prolong time. Only down side is the dial function power/ answer phone button stopped working
