Title: Works great: worth the price
Review: This headset is great, especially for the price. It’s comfortable and easy to use and set up. The sound quality is good on my end, and when I’ve asked people I’m talking to how I sound to them, everyone has said that I’m clear sounding and that they don’t hear the tv or other noise in the background. I very rarely write reviews, but I am so pleased with this product and this company’s customer service that I thought I’d spread the word this time.Since the pandemic started, I’ve been mostly working from home. My work requires constant phone availability and several Zoom meetings each week. Our house is limited in available space, so I’ve had to share what is now my dedicated home office with an at times very loud pet bird. I needed a headset with a noise suppressing mic. The mic on this has allowed me to stay where I am rather than have to leave the room when I am on the phone and the bird decides to start fussing.At the same time I bought this headset, I was given a Blue Parrot B250 XT, which is a much more expensive headset with comparable features. By far, I prefer this one to the Blue Parrot: it is more comfortable, lighter, the way the mic sits is unobtrusive, more stylish, and the sound quality is better, for a third of the price. And I can’t listen to music on the Blue Parrot, but I can on this one, and it sounds pretty good.Also, I really like the charging base on this one. It is small yet heavy feeling and well built. It took a few times to get the hang of how to place the headphones on the base, but after you practice a little, it’s a breeze.Included in the package was a scratch-off card, and I “won” a second headset for free (I have a feeling everyone wins). I emailed the company to tell them that I had won and to register my free lifetime warranty. Immediately, they emailed back and said that they were out of stock on this model, but if I didn’t want to wait until they got more in, I could have an A12 instead—it was my choice. I chose the A12, which is a completely different style, and it arrived within the week. I love that one, too, and now have a hard time deciding which headset I want to use because I like them both. So I received 2 very nice headsets with lifetime warranties for under $30. You can’t beat that.

Review: The headset was easy to set up; no issues pairing with Bluetooth and no Bluetooth password was required.Audio is crisp and clear, Bluetooth range is within spec.Charging base has a good weight to it so it doesn't fall over, and it feels high quality.Wireless charging works fine, indicator light goes on to show you if its seated correctly so there's no guess work.Company was responsive to the request to extend the warranty to a lifetime warranty.No complaints; especially at this price point.

Title: Incredible for its price!
Review: So, to lay it down as detailed as I can, I want to touch on some things that most of us are asking when looking for this. I use this headset for my job at a call center and have had zero issues so far with it. If anything happens in the future, I’ll be sure to update and check with support but they’ve been extremely responsive with questions I’ve asked so far.Audio Quality: The quality is considerably better than the headset provided by my job which speaks words considering how audio quality is a must for us. The quality is extremely good but I have yet to test it with music as it’s not my intentional use. My ringtone for my phone sounds pretty good as well (bass isn’t the main point here).Noise Cancellation: Little to no background noise comes through that ear and to be fair, it isn’t perfect as it only covers one ear but it does the job for isolating audio to the ear and making it extremely clear for the headset.Microphone Quality: Little to no background noise with the dual mic system and extremely high quality audio microphone. I’ve not had to clarify what I was saying to a customer nor anyone I’ve been on a call with since purchase. The microphone swivels 90 degrees both front and back to allow you to use it on either ear which is nice for if you manage to feel any discomfort from long usage.Build Quality: The build is extremely sturdy. The charger block is amazingly built and feels very durable. The charging cable included is a basic Micro USB cable and can plug into any USB-A outlet to provide a quick charge. The actual headset feels sturdy as well, with the swivel microphone feeling very tightly kept on its swivel axis.Charging: The charger is pretty sturdy, as I mentioned. The charging block is not exactly necessary as the headset can be charged directly on the side of the speaker as well. Charging is pretty fast with my 2.4A charger but will likely be slightly slower if not using a high amp charger bjt that’s the charger you decide to use at fault, not the headset.Battery Quality/Life: The battery has not died on me a single time from 7+ hours of use in a single session with a slight standby time in between. The battery is rated for 15 hours but I don’t think I’ll ever need to push it that far. Standby time is rated considerably higher.Comfort: The headset has produced zero discomfort in the hot climate I’m in. It’s comfortable and sits very nice on the head with a rubber piece on the other side from the speaker to provide more comfort.Some side notes, the volume buttons are located at the top of the speaker. One thing I did not notice until after reading the manual, mute can be initiated by hitting both at the same time. The multi purpose button on the microphone swivel axis is conveniently placed as well. All around great product for the price!

Title: Pretty Good Value - Some Flaws
Review: I'm reviewing this after two years of ownership.Pros:Good Batery Life For Two Years (see cons)ComfortableFully AdjustableGood RangeGood Sound QualityNever had a problem connectingCons:After two years it no longer holds a charge. Was great up to about a week ago and then fell off a cliff.The headset is a little flimsy. It's been held together with gaffers tape for the last year. The earcup fell apart after a few months and has been held together with super glue.The charger station is a little finicky. It takes a couple of attempts for it to seat and start taking a charge and the indicator light is blocked by the boom when it's in the up position, so it's hard to tell when you have it seated right.Overall i'm satisfied but wish it was a little more durable. The price is good for what it does so I would buy it again.
