Title: Great book!
Review: Chef Danny is a good Author. He shares jewels with the reader. His recipes are very valuable to learn when you want to learn how to cook Italian from scratch or should I say Italian American. He does fantastic books I am about three of his books. Some of his recipes are in fact from Italy directly however he points out that there is some difference between what is Done in Italy and what is done by Italian Americans and Americans.
