Review: Nothing beats home made bone broth but obviously it takes time to make and powdered version provides a convenient alternative. In terms of quality of ingredients (claimed, I do not trust anything 100%), this one appears to be one of the better options.The ingredients list has just "Chicken bone broth" listed. It would be good to know what exactly goes into that broth. Is it just chicken bones and water? That would not surprise me because the taste on its own is pretty bland, as others have noted. I like to add flavoured salt, pepper, fresh parsley, dill and sometimes minced garlic when just mixing it with boiling water for a quick drink.Tip: You can cut up sprigs of fresh parsley and dill, mix them together and freeze in containers, and use when needed. These two herbs freeze and maintain flavour very well and will enhance any dish.For cooking, the broth works very well. I've been adding it to soups, stews, quinoa/rice/pasta water and it is a decent enough replacement for the regular broth.Mixing/dissolving it hasn't been an issue for me. In some cases, you may have pre-mix it in hot water if you're using a locking appliance like pressure cooker but it's a very minor inconvenience.It's a good value for money, especially when on sale.

Review: Iâve purchased and used this product for many years. Today I opened a new canister that I purchased on the last Prime Days and it tasted horrible. I know the product doesnât have a strong flavour/taste, but this was like dishwater. It also had a soapy like foam when I added the hot water and stirred it!!? At first I thought it must have been my mug, so I rinsed my mug out and made a new cup of broth but had the same result.I looked at some previous reviews and saw one for June 2024 who seemed to have had the same experience. What a waste as I had purchased two tubs and this product is not cheap. Whatever changes this company made with their ingredients was not a wise decision. Very disappointed. Will not purchase again.
