Review: I had forgotten that this book really helped me when it first came our but I had forgotten it is really about face to face sales and so, very difficult for someone (my son for example) to even try and relate (He didn't even get to "kick your own a...) His leads are provided and he is in phone sales but you can guess how 'successful' he is.

Review: He us amazing! I have been in sales 28 yrs. and listen in the car. I cant wait to sign up for his newsletters and explore his web page...the best sales training I have had in years. Succinct, powerful, and on the money if u do what he suscribes you will be a hero. I sent the audio to the head of my company, as I think he should make this mandatory listening for our 200+ employeesl!!! Cant wait to hear what's next.
