Title: Excellent for exercise and accuracy.
Review: This is a great way to train your mind, fire up your reflexes, and improve your accuracy. It keeps your mind flowing on the target and focused on the point. You could connect it to Bluetooth and turn up your speed. Imagine it like a Simon says game while focusing on that light being the target you hit. I use my own thin boxing gloves, but you could use the ones included in the package. They're not bulky, so they're fine. I just had my own, so I'll be giving those to my niece. I absolutely love that you could hang this just about anywhere as well. Just secure it well with the velcro tape they give you. I should have gone with my original plan to cut the velcro in an x shape or put four strips behind the unit instead of two extra-long pieces. The reviews show the long strips so you could adjust it. Depending on how level your wall is and the pressure of your punch, you will loosen the unit. I found mine on the floor. A good thing it is made well, so no damage was done. I just added more sticky velcro myself. It also comes with a huge panel sticker that you could apply as well. I decided to save that for a last resort. This way, if I decide to relocate the unit, I'll have that option as well. It's a great machine.

Title: Excellent product to build stamina, hand eye coordination, and boxing skills
Review: I have been an amateur boxer for more than 20 years. This product has quickly become an integral part of my training regime. The product was easy to install and is actually quite sturdy. I use it to enhance my punching accuracy, maintain endurance, and for shoulder strengthening. The TGLLM boxing machine is both effective and fun. I highly recommend this product!

Title: This is a fun workout!
Review: I bought this for my husband for his birthday. He loves it! He put it up as soon as he received it. He likes to go out on the weekends with our daughter and is showing her how to use it. He is now asking for a speed bag! I have used a few times. Recovering from rotator cuff surgery, but it is a helpful therapy for my arm. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to get in shape, or just a fun way to help relieve stress.

Title: Fun Easy Workout
Review: Love that you can pick the pattern. It lights up to show which pad to hit. It will follow along with your pace. Won't work plugged in, so make sure you charge it daily. Otherwise there is a delay in it recognizing you touched pad and it will not count hit. I wish it had a timer function.

Title: Built well, skimped on the electronics.
Review: I was happy with it until I turned it on and the one beat that sounds like an early nineties video game played at full blast. You can use the Bluetooth mode but anytime you turn the machine back on its that beat at full volume. I was disappointed there weren't other preset sounds and the patterns have no beat response. The gloves are very cheap, the kind that would come with a kids toy but in a large size.

Title: Fun and easy to use!
Review: This makes working out so much fun! The Bluetooth is easy to connect to. I will say that when you turn this on, it's super loud, but long pushes on the speed button turns down the volume, and pretty quickly. I got thus for my whole family to use, and it's user friendly. This also helps with hand-eye coordination if you struggle with that. This does come with gloves, and surprisingly,they're decent quality. Highly recommend this!
