Title: Good Bread
Review: I did the white bread recipe, but used ½ white and ½ whole wheat. Excellent. Also did the “French” bread. I prefer the sandwich mixed bread. More to test. It makes a very nice solid loaf that’s easy to cut and enjoy.

Title: My rock, my foundation
Review: I would write a love letter to this bread maker. It doesn't replace the home made oven bread but I can start it at night and my little ones have warm bread all ready in the morning. It's noisy when stirring but the smell of fresh bread is worth it

Title: Good features for a mid-priced bread machine
Review: Well we needed a new bread machine, since one of our girl's has a gluten allergy our old bread maker went away. We specifically ordered this one because it has a gluten free setting.The Cuckoo bread maker was simple to use and the directions were clear and easy to follow. I made a gluten free loaf and used the GF setting - fun to have that option programmed in! I also think it’s nice that you can choose your preferred shade of golden for the crust- lots of ways to customize your breads. There is a nifty little gadget to pull the paddle out of the bottom of your loaf when it gets stuck in there. I never would have thought of that, but it was indeed needed. I took the bread to my Supper Club and got compliments. I’ll definitely experiment with recipes, but for my first try, I was happy with the way it turned out.*Note-I received this product through the Amazon Vine program at a significantly reduced cost (I pay taxes on this item, so it is not totally free) in exchange for my honest review and opinion/experience with the item.*After reviewing hundreds of items, this is how I generally rate the products I receive.
