Title: Fantastic Bread Maker for Home Bakers!
Review: I recently purchased the Hamilton Beach Bread Maker Machine, and it has been a wonderful addition to my kitchen. This machine is incredibly user-friendly and versatile, with 12 different settings that cater to a variety of bread types, including gluten-free options. The digital programmable feature makes it easy to set up and forget, allowing me to focus on other tasks while the bread is baking. The 2 lb capacity is perfect for my family, and the dishwasher-safe pan and kneading paddle make cleanup a breeze. One of my favorite aspects is the ability to customize the crust shade and loaf size, ensuring that every loaf comes out just the way I like it. The machine operates quietly, and the viewing window lets me keep an eye on the progress without lifting the lid.Overall, the Hamilton Beach Bread Maker Machine has exceeded my expectations. It consistently produces delicious, fresh bread with minimal effort. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy homemade bread with ease!

Title: Worth the dough!
Review: My daughter has this model of bread maker and loves it so, when my wife wanted one, she began her search. She researched loaf sizes, crust color, number of buttons you had to press to make a loaf of bread and even recipes for each model. The Hamilton Beach Bread Maker Machine was the winning choice. It is so easy to make a loaf. I made Cinnamon Buns using a recipe from the "Hamilton Beach Bread Machine Cookbook" by Gertrude Ciotti (Amazon Kindle) and they were amazing and easy to do. This machine is well worth the dough!

Title: It took the intimidation out of breadmaking!
Review: Nice little work horse. I have only used it for a loaf one time, and although thr bread was well cooked and impressive, I prefer to use the dough setting and do the baking in the oven. I have made white bread, rolls, italian bread and donuts using this machine, and it hasn't disappointed one time! I would highly recommend to anyone with limited time, limited ability for kneading due to arthritic hands, and anyone intimated to try breadmaking for the first time, as I was. This is a great help to me!

Title: Perfect Christmas Gift!!
Review: My mom wanted a bread machine for Christmas and this is the one I ultimately got for her. She was so excited to use it and has already made a loaf of bread. It appeared fairly simple to use, she wanted to try a âtest batchâ and followed a recipe thatâs in the guide. Needless to say, it turned out pretty good and we will not be buying anymore bread from the grocery stores! The only con is the bread machine gets loud/noisy when it starts kneading the dough!

Title: Outstanding!
Review: Recently started back to making bread. My previous bread machine conked out after many years of use. I had a good idea of what I needed in a bread machine and began researching which one would fit those needs. I typically make 1.5 lb loaves of white, honey, butter, and sweet breads. The Hamilton bread machine met all of my needs. I researched the higher end machines and there was a desire to upgrade to one of them, but after reviewing those I realized that they offered 2 lb loaves at the expense of smaller ones. These also offered features that I didnât need. The Hamilton Beach machine was less than $100 and met all of my needs as well provided the ability to bake 2 lb loaves if I wanted to. The only drawback, a minor one, is the booklet included which only has a couple of recipes. Iâm definitely happy with my purchase and recommend it for the novice to the experienced bread baker.

Title: Fire Hazard. Buyer Beware!
Review: I wanted to love this bread maker. I've had it for exactly 7 months and have probably used it about 10 times. The last 3 times I used it , it sounded like the paddle wasn't working right even though it was in the pan correctly. And it also smelled like something was burning and it It over-baked the bread. One time the smell was so horrific, I had to throw it out. But today was the final straw. Tried to bake bread and during the kneading cycle the motor sounded like it was straining and barely moving. This went on for awhile so I opened the lid only to have an acrid burning smell hit me in face! I quickly unplugged the bread maker and moved it to non-flammable surface to cool down. Thank goodness I didn't let it keep going as it surely would have caught on fire near my gas stove!!!! I'd don't recommend buying this bread maker no matter how many good reviews there are. And there is another person who wrote a recent review about it catching on fire, photo included. You might be the unlucky one who gets the defective smoke and fire making bread maker.

Title: Simple to use and so far, good value.
Review: I have never had a bread machine before, nor even ever baked bread. I eat only whole grain bread, and I came to realise, with a bit of a shock, just how much I was paying for supermarket bread. This machine was recommended on a couple of sites as "suitable for novices", while being basic and pretty inexpensive. Having used it, I can't really see myself needing anything much more sophisticated.I have made three wholewheat loaves so far, and they've all turned out absolutely fine. The machine is dead simple to use, and the only thing to be careful about is making sure that whatever recipe you use is specifically designed to be used in a bread maker like this.I am pretty happy with my choice, and I reckon the machine will have paid for itself inside a year.

Title: works like a charm
Review: The instructions were very different from my older machine, but that's expected. I used trial and error on the first batch and had more errors than trial.... However, I didn't read the instructions right. Now I can make the right bread in a jiffy with no problems. The machine is great, if you can read instructions, LOL.

Customers say
Customers like the ease of use and size of the bread making machine. They mention it's super easy to make yeast bread, is more compact than their older Hamilton Beach, and has three different size options. Customers are also happy with the value for money. However, some customers are disappointed with the noise level. Opinions are mixed on the bread quality, functionality, durability, and recipes.
