Title: Works as advertised.
Review: Bought this as a replacement for the previous model because the bread pan paddle bearing finally failed after several years of regular use. Unfortunately, buying just a new pan was not an option, as it is now NLA.I've used it twice so far with expected good results. Not as many baking options as some other, more expensive, bread makers, but perfectly sufficient for my needs. As a side-note, would recommend handwashing the pan. Although the dishwasher does a good job of cleaning it, I suspect that might cause detergent water to get past the rubber seal and prematurely wear the bearing out.

Title: Works good but the manual is lacking in information
Review: This Oster bread machine works great. I've successfully made white bread and very tasty banana bread. So far all the recipes I've tried have been from YouTube where there are thousands. My only complaint is with the manual which is heavy on recipes but light on useful information. There are 13 or so different modes but very thin descriptions of what they actually do. What's the difference between Sweet and Cake mode and when should I use either? Thanks to knowledgable online users and trial and error it's possible to figure it all out but more thorough info of this kind would be useful in the manual. Otherwise I highly recommend this thing. If I can make edible bread in the Oster Expressbake Bread Maker with Gluten-Free Setting anybody can.

Title: Easy to use, takes a long time, beeps randomly
Review: It's certainly Easy to use, takes a long time, and sometimes you don't get the results you want, but thats due to the ingredients more than the machine, but I'm still playing with it.My only complaint is the loud beep when it finishes. I would love to leave it running overnight (3 hours 15 for basic loaf) - but the beep wakes me up.

Title: Nice, Affordable Bread Maker
Review: I've had many bread machines over the years, but none in the past few. I decided on a whim to get another one, if nothing else, for making it easier to make the pizza dough, or dough in general, that I then take out of the machine to shape and bake. When I let it do its entire bread thing, I always have misshapen loaves. I think it's just harder at higher elevations, but the bread still tastes wonderful. One thing I wish is that it was actually in the manual that when you use the wheat setting, it pre-heats. I decided to make wheat bread at 2 AM, and when I turned the machine on, nothing happened. I thought it had broken after three uses. I moved it around, plugged it into a different outlet...then noticed it had a little red button and said "preheat." I found no mention of it in the manual, and had to go online in the middle of the night, where I found a random article that said it only preheats on the wheat setting. So I probably wasted an hour in the middle of the night trying to figure out if the thing would eventually start kneading, or was going to burn up and start a fire if I managed to go back to sleep. LOL. I settled for sleeping in my recliner chair, and eventually it started up, the bread was wonderful first thing in the morning.

Title: No Longer in love
Review: UPDATE: After 3ish months I have had to call for the one year warranty. The bread settings no longer work, this is only good for rising dough. See attached photos of how my most current loaves are coming out. My ingredients are fine but the machine is no longer functioning properly......previous review below.....I did a lot of thorough research before choosing this bread maker and I am extremely happy with my choice. It had come down to between the gluten free model and the standard Expressbake. I choose the gluten free mode model, deciding that the two are similar enough and I want to be able to make good quality gluten free bread for friends and family who are gluten free.I have not used the gluten free setting yet. This review is based on my experience having made three loaves of bread in the three days since I received this item. The first loaf I made was the standard white bread, the basic starter bread the manual recommends attempting first. (Pictured.). I used the medium crust setting as the instructions recommend and it came out wonderful! My boyfriend ate up the whole loaf that night. The next day I made a French loaf from the accompanied recipe book - I used the medium setting for this but wish I had used the dark crust setting - nonetheless it came out as perfect as can be.Currently I have a cinnamon raisin bread in my bread maker. It is almost done. It smells wonderful and I canât wait to taste what I am sure will be another wonderful bread.I would recommend this bread maker to anyone looking for a high quality machine at a low cost.I will update this review if there are any additional comments in the future.

Review: It would have been nice to know ahead of time that this product does not work in Australia, even though it's sold on Amazon Australia.. And it would have been nice to have some feedback from the seller about the issue during the return process.

Review: Smaller than my old breadmaker, and produces much better results. Had to triple the amount of yeast and still had frequent "no rise" results with the old one. So far 6 perfect loaves that come out of the pan like they're supposed to. I like it so much, my sister ordered one too.

Review: This bread maker works like any other basic bread machine out there. It makes good bread and is easy to use....like all the rest. I Looked around, and this one seems to be the least expensive. It also has a delayed timer. So you can have fresh hot bread for dinner or when you wake up in the mornings. Very convenient and easy to use and easy clean up.
