Title: The best!
Review: I have been making my breads in a bread machine for nearly ten years and this is the absolute best cookbook for the machine. Each time I make recipes from this book I have people rave about my breads.. If you are not getting good results then maybe you need more training on how a bread machine works. Maybe it’s the flour you are using. Good bread flour, whole wheat flours, etc. are so important to getting good breads. Also you can make smaller loaves in your machine even if you do not have a setting for the smaller size. Just follow the recipe.Someone talked about the book not being in a logical order. I agree but I just went in and marked the recipes I liked with page clips and can quickly and easily go right to the recipe I want. Two tips: Always spoon your flour into your measuring cup. Then level with the back of a butter knife removing excess flour. Never pack it or scoop it with the measuring cup. If you do your amounts will be off. Always use filtered water. You will get a much better rise.I highly recommend this book!

Title: Handy & simple.
Review: This is a handy little book to complement your bread machine. It is spiral-bound and the recipes are simple using few ingredients. I have other bread books but this is usually my go-to when I need something quick and simple.

Title: Loving this Book!!
Review: Every recipe I have tried so far has turned out great! I had some major doubts that my bread machine would produce such great bread. Thanks to this cookbook and one bread making lesson from my friend who recommended the book, I am baking bread like a pro.
