Title: Best instruction book for new bakers like me --- UPDATE AT END OF FIRST REVIEW
Review: This machine is so easy to use. The instructions are clear and intuitive. I haven't used it enough to give it a fair and detailed description. The first bread I made was sour dough. The starter dough recipe was right on.I was amazed at how it rose in the maker. The two disappointments are that the sour dough flavor was very weak and breads were too heavy. For the second loaf, I added a handful of rosemary. That didn't taste a lot like sourdough, but it was delicious. I plan to use it for making gifts for friends, and of course, for our own pleasure. Once you understand the idea and process of the bread making, it will be fun to experiment.UPDATE --- After using it since April, I have discovered some remedies: I have used King Arthur flour, exclusively following the recipes that accompanied the machine. In all cases the bread was too heavy. Reducing the amount of flour by 1/2 cup of sifted flour fixed the problem. Sourdough bread tasted more like sourdough and the King Arthur gluten free bread is delicious. The texture was much improved. That is a real bonus as my wife is somewhat intolerant of gluten. It's the only gluten free bread that actually tastes like bread.

Title: Chemical smell does not leave the product
Review: The off gassing from the bread maker has not dissipated in three days and I cannot use it. I followed cleaning instructions. I am so very disappointed and was so ready to make bread the last few evenings. I have initiated a return.

Review: Product fits perfectly on my counter. So far I used a recipe in the book that came with it and I bought a premixed. Both turned out perfectly! Can make several loaves over the weekend and freeze! Also, makes pizza dough!! Love it, so happy I decided to buy!

Title: This is a Great machine!
Review: I love, love this bread maker. The recipes that come along with are really good. I just wish they had more. The features are diverse in quantity. I am able to make yogurt to wheat bread, to French bread. I personally like to make my jam in my pots and pans but, I bet that would be pretty good.
