Title: Brine Bag
Review: We usually brine our turkeys in a big food safe bucket set in a cooler of ice outside, which we repeatedly dump and refill with ice for three days. The problem is…bears. I saw these bags and thought they look like a great alternative that will fit in the fridge. We tried one out with several chickens it in, weighing a total of about 16 pounds, and it did everything I had hoped for. I’m not sure if a 40 pound turkey would actually fit in these, but maybe? Certainly the 22-24 pound bird I’m planning with a couple extra drum sticks thrown in will be no problem. What a great, simple solution to an annoying problem! If you are giving a smoker as a gift and would like to also give some accessories, these bags would be a terrific add in.

Title: Nice
Review: Nice bags, seem heavy duty and seem to close up tightly. I wont be using these until Thanksgiving, but I have no concerns about their quality at this time.
