Title: Great brine
Review: This stuff is amazing. Used this and added some honey bourbon and real maple syrup and let it brine overnight. Paired up with a coating of Texas Sugar and spatchcocked and smoked it. The sweet and spicy was amazing. I would highly recommend this for brining a turkey.

Review: Full disclaimer: I’m a Meat Church disciple! Been rocking with Matt Pittman for a minute. I love almost everything he puts out… almost. Brined a turkey before I put it on the smoker for Thanksgiving this year. Not my first time smoking a turkey, but it was my first time using this product. I usually mix up my own brine. Gave this one a try and the flavor profile was underwhelming. Bird came out a bit dryer than usual as well. But I will be staying loyal to the MANY other Meath Church rubs and recipes. This one was a miss.

Review: First thing: I’ve never liked turkey. Hubby got a smoker and wanted to cook our thanksgiving turkey, so I said sure. We used this brine, spatchcocked the bird, and put it on the traeger. This brine made the turkey sooooo good! It’s a game changer for me, I now love turkey. Flavour was amazing and it was the juiciest turkey I’ve ever had! A must-buy! I’ve already bought another for our Christmas turkey, and can’t wait to eat it again.
