Our brining bags are made from thicker material. The density of the bag is 140 microns, So our brine bag are more sturdy, not easy to tear up, which can hold up 35lb turkey.

Come with Cotton Strings

Comes with 3 pieces of strings - It can be tied to the turkey or to the top of the brining bag. You can twist the top of the brine bag shut to remove excess air and tie shut with provided string to make sure it doesn't leak.

Title: Huge thick bags.
Review: We had a 22 lb turkey, and there was still plenty of room left in this bag. They are huge! And they have a tight double zipper seal.We could literally only fit half the bag of brine with turkey into the container we had (the container wasn't tall enough), but the bag never folded over the container or leaked while they turkey was brining for almost 2 days. We had no issues moving it to the sink also. I will definitely use them again.

Review: These turkey brining bags are very large. I have never made a 35 pound turkey, but I fully believe that it would fit just fine. The plastic is very heavy duty. The instructions say to put the bag in a container (like large bowl or bucket) to avoid messes. I understand that as a practical suggestion, but it's a little weird because I thought that was what these bags would be replacing. If you accept the notion that the plastic in the bag is healthier to use than the plastic in a 5 gallon bucket, then this is a good product. The description says "food-grade". I'm not sure what all this implies, but I would trust it more than the standard cooler or bucket some people use for brining.The bottom of the bag is gusseted (made square and flat) so the turkey sits squarely on the bottom, making the whole thing more stable. I put my bag into a roaster of just slightly larger size than the base of the bag. I had to put plates along the sides between the bag and the sides of the roaster so that the bag didn't collapse over the sides and leave the turkey uncovered. That worked. I found the zip closure to be very fussy. I worked with it probably 10 minutes to get it sealed all the way along its length. Once sealed, it seemed very secure.Overall, this is a decent product, but I will probably go back to my stainless steel soup pot in the future.

Title: perfect for brining
Review: I didn't want to use a big pot or pail like how I see most people do it. found this bag and decided to try it. held my 15 pound turkey along with liquid complete submerse it... never felt like it was going to leak or break... this is a heavy duty bag... just be sure you can lift the weight of the turkey along with the liquid
