Title: Stainless steel bowl!!
Review: Finally an affordable stainless steel rice cooker! I’m so glad I made the jump and bought it because it’s been so easy to use. Rice comes out perfect every time without sticking heavily to the sides. Honestly, it sticks to the sides as much as it does for non stick bowls! (Without the chemicals ofc)

Title: Perfect rice!
Review: Following the instructions the white and brown rice (which is usually the hardest to get right) is perfectly fluffy and grain completely cooked ! It is amazing, the only down side is that it does take more than 20 mins to cook but again perfect every time so it’s worth the wait.

Title: A little slow Buffalo Classic Rice Cooker
Review: Buffalo Classic Rice Cooker with Clad Stainless Steel Inner Pot (10 cups) - Electric Rice Cooker for White/Brown Rice, Grain - Easy-to-clean, Non-Toxic & Non-Stick, Auto Warmer:**Title:** Buffalo Classic Rice Cooker Review**Pros:*** Easy to use* Cooks perfect rice every time* Keeps rice warm for hours* Stainless steel inner pot is easy to clean* Affordable**Cons:*** Takes a bit longer to cook rice than some other rice cookers**Overall:**I am very happy with the Buffalo Classic Rice Cooker. It is easy to use and cooks perfect rice every time. I especially like that it keeps rice warm for hours, so I can always have hot rice on hand. The stainless steel inner pot is also very easy to clean. The only downside is that it takes a bit longer to cook rice than some other rice cookers. However, I think the pros outweigh the cons, and I would definitely recommend this rice cooker to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable option.**Rating:** 4 out of 5 stars

Title: Takes forever to cook rice and then it all sticks to the container.
Review: Can't believe how useless this cooker is, the rice takes over an hour to cook and then half of it sticks to the sides so that it is barely a couple of servings. We thought it was user error so have tried all different approaches and now it is too late to return. The directions are terrible too.

Title: Excellent stainless steel rice cooker
Review: I have been using rice cooker for over 30 years, and I used both stainless steel and non-stick rice cookers. I tried this rice cooker for about a month, and there was a little bit of rice stick to this Buffalo stainless steel rice cooker after cooking, but was very minimum. I cooked 6 cups of uncooked rice, and there was about 1 teaspoon of rice stick to the rice cooker. Thus, it is a very good rice cooker compared to my old stainless steel rice cookers. I have not used other functions of the rice cooker. I highly suggest buying this rice cooker. When it is done, make sure keep warm for 15 minutes before scooping the rice out of the pot to ensure the rice do not stick to the rice pot. I have a Buffalo stainless steel wok too, and the wok is best.

Title: Great with a few caveats
Review: I make rice near daily and grew up with Tiger brand. Later got a Zojirushi bc of ATK, but honestly it didn't cook any better than my Tiger and the bowl scratched so easily (never use dishwasher). Decided to do stainless steel. It works great for white and wild/brown rice. Let it rest for 10 minutes as the company suggests to minimize rice sticking to the pot.Cons: can't keep warm for more than 4 hours bc the rice sticks to the pot, the rice gets dry and not tasty. I've tried forming a ball by pushing rice toward the middle after we eat, but the rice still is so dry and sticks to pot at 4 hr mark.

Title: EASY, STRAIGHT FORWARD RICE COOKER WITH STEEL INSERT
Review: I was looking to replace a worn insert from the Z rice cooker where the teflon coating was coming off. First of all, Z does not offer replacement inserts and some third party offered them at almost the cost of a new rice cooker. Then the hunt was on for a stainless steel insert and decided to purchase the Buffalo rice cooker. I'm giving up on the potential of teflon slowly flaking off in the food. The rice cooker panel is simple. Just follow the markings on the bowl for the amount of rice and water, determine which button to push - either white or brown rice, plug it in and push the on button. The LED panel circles the line around to indicate the unit is working. When the time was up, the warmer button turns on and the rice is done. With the number of pots of rice made so far, it comes out perfect. This also comes with two paddles. The cord is attached to the cooker. The bowl itself is heavier than the Z teflon coated bowl. The bowl thicker metal disperses the heat very well. Very easy to clean and no complaints on this. I would expect some staining but so far there have been no bowl stains. (Very easy to clean with Bar Keeper's Friend or similar non-bleach product. I just use soap and water).I read some complaints about this rice cooker. I hate to tell you the primary reason to get a rice cooker is to cook rice and it does a nice job of that. I'm not planning to make soups (outside of porridge) or keep chili warm in this. This rice cooker is simple, small footprint for the counter or storage, has the stainless steel bowl with very very simple buttons to operate the unit. Why would you need a countdown timer or cook things outside of rice? More things to go wrong so make a few pots of rice to determine the time. This is my first try with the Buffalo Rice Cooker and it is a good buy. I'd highly recommend it.

Customers say

Customers like the ease of cleaning, functionality, and ease of use of the rice cooker. They mention it works great for white and brown rice, and the panel is simple. Some are satisfied with the stainless steel and value for money. However, some customers disagree on the rice cooking time, quality, and stickiness.
