Review: Brownies ve türevlerine dair gördüğüm en özel kitap diyebilirim. Tarifte kullanılan malzemeler pahalı olan , güç bulunan malzemeler değil. Pratik adımlarla nefis lezzetler çıkarmak mümkün. Fiyat / ürün performansına bakarsak bence oldukça uygun fiyatlı bir kitap. Türkiye’de bu kitap basılmış olsa ve satışa sunulsa çok daha pahalı bir fiyatla karşımızda bulacağımıza eminim. İngilizce tarifeleri anlamak problem değil. Mükemmel İngilizcenizin olması gerekmiyor.
