Title: I don't know how, but it works!
Review: I was skeptical but after the recent storm and rain water just sitting, there were swarms of mosquitos and I was getting bit even with spray on. As soon as it arrived, I broke it open to check it out. It came with batteries and turned on right away. My daughter had just been playing outside and came in complaining of an itch on her hand. I saw the big raised swelled circle and knew what I had to do. I placed the circle on the bump and pressed. It has a blue ring that lights up as it's working. It only took about 5 seconds. In hind sight I should have tried it on myself first, because her eyes got big and said HOT! But by that time it was over and turned off. It worked! She didn't itch anymore. Later that night I got a bite on my leg and I used this nifty device. I know understood her HOT comment. It does get very hot but not painful. It's such a small area and the time is so quick, it's over before you can really complain. It doesn't burn, so don't be scared that you'll burn yourself. It's controlled heat and feels more like a little pinch. It's very effective because I didn't have an itch or red blotch. It just went away. I love it. I highly recommend.

Title: It works!
Review: Saw a review on a hiking YouTube for a competing product that connects to your phone. The reviewer claimed that it really did take the the itch out. I had never heard of a product like this and am constantly getting bit by mosquitoes and sand fleas, so decided to look at the Amazon reviews for the product mentioned. Then I saw this device and liked the fact that it did not require an app installed on my phone like the other product did. Well it works amazing! I usually itch for weeks from bites, but now I just zap the bite and within a few minutes the itch is gone. The red bite still remains, but the intense itching is mostly gone. I would caution not to use this on small children, as the sensation can be pretty intense for a few seconds, but as an adult, I will use this instead of creams and such from now on. I highly recommend this device.

Title: Effective itch relief
Review: Looks and sounds like a gimmick, but if used soon after a bite, it is very effective in preventing welts from mosquito bites. If not used soon after a bite though it is a nice relief for ~30 minutes of itch relief. And because it's not a chemical based solution it can be used as often as you like (or are willing to tolerate the "bite" of the heating element). I got used to the feeling of the heating element fairly quickly, but I could see some individuals that are more sensitive being unwilling to use this. But the relief is really worth it, especially if you don't want to or can't use other topical creams or antihistamines.

Title: It works! I recommend it. Worth a few seconds of burn
Review: A fire ant bit me. If you've ever been bitten by an Eastern NC fire ant, you know they are evil, hateful little devils whose bite screams pain, welts up, and can itch for more than a week! I'm on a type of blood thinner and got bit by one yesterday. It welted up pretty quick. Within 1/2 hour I put this on it for the 6 seconds. Yes - it's hot! It feels like it's burning! But a few seconds of intense "burning" is wayyy better than hours of fire ant pain and days and days of mad itching! I toughed out the full 6 seconds, and it almost immediately felt better. The welp appeared to go down. I hit it again with shorter duration. Unbelievable how fast this worked!! And next day (today), it's so much better I had forgotten which foot I was bitten on and was looking for the bite on the wrong one! I'm so happy with this product I wanted to jump on here and let you know - people, this works great!! The few seconds of "burning" you feel is well worth the end result! And there is no sign of a burn (go back and read "Blood Thinner"!) 2 thumbs way up!

Review: Mosquitos love me and they leave very itchy swollen bites, so for years I've been trying to find a good solution to the itching, which can even wake me up in the night. Years ago i discovered that heat worked the best, but i would just run the bite under hot tap water, can be tricky to do if the bite isn't on your hand or something.Anyway this little device is genius, for me it's well worth it to be able to quickly ease the itching. I use it as soon as I feel the itching start to come back and it makes it so i can forget about the bite for a few hours at a time. It gets HOT - i was surprised - but the time period is quick, i usually just use 3 seconds and sometimes repeat it if it's particularly itchy.I've had it for a bit over a year, when i used it this summer after being inactive over the winter, it didn't turn on and I thought it had died already but it turned out it was just the batteries, so i replaced them and it worked fine for a second summer.

Review: Het werkt, als enige middel dat ik ken. Je moet misschien eventjes doorbijten, maar de jeuk is dan meestal ook meteen over.Dit apparaatje is licht en klein en het ledlichtje is erg makkelijk (vooral als je 's nachts bent gestoken!). Ook kan je het makkelijk precies op de bult zetten. De tempratuur lijkt een tikje lager te liggen dan bij de BiteAway en het duurt volgens mij ook ietsje korter. Meestal doe ik dus twee keer, en dat werkt.
