Title: Works Better Than Expected
Review: This puts a nice pattern in the ground beef and also a dimple in the center. Used with the wax paper sheets, the beef separates from the mold easily. It's plastic, but solidly built. It looks and feels sturdy - like it will last for years. I looked at dozens of these before I purchased this one and I think it was a good choice.

Review: I really like the fancy design on the patties and the press makes a good-sized patty. The best part, though, are the waxed paper circles that keep the ground meat from sticking to either the bottom or the top of the press.

Review: I make lots of burgers and sausage patties in the summer. This little press makes it a breeze. You have to line the top and bottom w wax paper because if you don’t, they stick. Papers come with it. Love the ease of using this. Consistent thickness for the grill.
