Title: Love the recipes!
Review: I love this book, because of the recipes for burgers, buns, and condiments. One can mix and match, based on personal likes. I already made Thy-Style Turkey Burgers and Grilled Southwestern Salmon Burgers. They both were tasty and my family (with caution, at first) ate them. Of course, there may needed some adjustment made to fit personal preferences, but it's all doable. For example, my family does not care for very spicy food, so I had to adjust how much chipotle chili I added to the sause for salmon burgers. Or for turkey burgers I mixed ground turkey and ground chicken instead of ground turkey alone, because that's what I had at home at that time.So just experiment and play with recipes until you like what you make.

Title: Lots of New
Review: I hesitated to buy this book as I have nearly every book by ATK and CC and CI and also subscribe to their website (worth double what they charge for all you get) but I'm super happy I got this book. Quite a few burgers not previously published and they all sound delicious. Sides and milkshakes and all kinds of other helpful information. You can't go wrong with ATK and CC and CI ; they are how I learned to cook great meals MANY years ago(back when yearly issues were bound in green hardbacks) .

Title: Covers a lot of burger bases
Review: I have not had a chance to make anything yet but have thumbed through it and it looks good. I like the ideas for toppings and I especially want to make my own buns and there are several recipes for that. I would have to say this book covers just about everything having to do with burgers. I did rate this at 4 stars because I have not actually made anything. It might be a 5 star.

Review: Great book. Many good recipes Iâve already cook. I love the test kitchen books since they explain why and how to make your everyday food so much better. Review: Coming from the hospitality field and having worked in a commercial kitchen for over 10 years of my working life I have cooked many a hamburger for the eating public. I am forever trying to find the ultimate burger, from grinding my own burger mixture to the toppings I put on my burger. The Ultimate Burger cookbook from Americaâs Test Kitchen was an extremely easy read with many excellent recipes and cooking tips. I truly liked the idea of supplying multiple burger recipes for all tastes from the beef lover to the vegetarian enthusiasts. The Brie Stuffed Turkey Burger with Red Pepper Relish has become my wifeâs favorite while the Grilled Teriyaki Pork Burger has become one of my go to burgers along with the Grilled Harissa Lamb Burgers. The additional chapter giving recipes for sides, salads, slaws and more was just another reason I would highly recommend this book for the burger enthusiasts. This is why I would rate the cook book a solid 5 Stars.
