Review: We ended up buying 3 computers over the course of a month... One of them kept shutting down, not turning back on and overheating badly. They said to mail back, which we did within 30 days, then they would send out another... waited weeks, still nothing.. they said they mailed it, but really didn't... and they are like oh well.. we will cancel it.. still not canceled...Do not trust this company... we like the computers that are working but cuation the company is selling it is really shady!

Title: The advertisement was inaccurate and misleading
Review: 1. The ad did not say anything about the computer being a windows 11 pro N. Pro N does not have any of the technologies such as media playback or movies and videos. Pro N is primarily for business. This was important information to know prior to purchase, as the features that were not standard with the computer were the exact features we needed.2. The computer was advertized as new, which was accurate, but the OS that was installed is an old version of Windows Pro N 21 H 2.version. It took hours to update to 23 H 2. In addition, we had to manually add all the missing technology components for the use of Media compatibility; the components had been moved from where they were originally placed, and we had to search through windows to find them.3. The delivery was delayed which sometimes does happen
