Review: I've had it for about a week now. It's quick, the battery lasts long enough for me to get some work done, about 3 hours depending on what I'm doing. Using it mostly for Canva and other instructional design projects, works well.

Title: laptop lock port incompatible with every lock I've tried
Review: I've tried 6 different laptop locks, and, nothing fits into the laptop lock port. I've checked online for various laptop locks, and, even drove to 3 different stores. The stores (Best Buy, Target & Office Depot) were a waste, since nobody seems to carry laptop locks anymore. But, I can't even seem to find the official model/product #.Attempts to get some help from seller were fruitless as well, since the seller just handed me off to the internet, at large, to try and find a lock that fits.

Title: Hard to read keayboard
Review: The computer itself is quite fast and more than enough for my purposes. I have really only one issue with it. The letters on the keyboard are difficult to see in normal lighting situations regardless if they are illuminated or not. Obviously in lower level light, the backlit keyboard works well but who wants to work in a dimly lit room?

Title: Setup is Terrible, Touchpad is TOO Sensitive, and Battery life is POOR
Review: Decent machine and great specs. Setup is horrible. There is no way to bypass the setup to customize and it FORCES you use Microsoft Account whether you want to or not. They continue to sell things from Microsoft even if you say no multiple times. The touchpad is so sensitive even on the least sensitive setting that clicks occur just getting your hand close to the pad - I now use a wireless mouse that takes up one of the 2 USB ports. I would have returned this right away but of course its mine now because there is no return because these issues are not criteria for return. The constant messaging getting you to use Microsoft things is obtrusive and so far there is no way to stop that nonsense. The battery needs recharging only after 2.5 hours of use. Disappointing is the not the only word to describe this but using others will reject my review.
