Title: Creamy Buttercream Delight Recipes "book" is good but needs help.....
Review: While this book offers a lot of good recipes, it undermines itself with a peculiar combination of "ingredients", instructions, and in some instances, completely disconnected photos.This book is like most recipe books, in that whoever decided to use "photos" as introductions to the recipes, made completely useless choices in 99% of the photos. IF you are going to use a photo in a recipe, the photo should be that of the "FINISHED" product, NOT of an "ingredient" (specially an ingredient that isn't even in the recipe), OR a photo that DOESN'T match the recipe's final product.Another issue that this book follows in step with too many other recipe books is that it is in DIRE NEED of a professional EDITOR to "FIX" the many issues that keeps this book from being an "excellent" 5 star recipe book.If you already know how to cook and bake at a fairly competent level, and can get past the oversights and shortcomings of some of these recipes and use some common sense, you'll end up with some very tasty "delights". Otherwise you'll be doing some "head scratching" along the way.
