De Cecco Egg Pasta is golden in color with a unique taste and texture from the addition of Fresh Cage Free Grade A Eggs.
Wheat Selection: We select only the best 'grano duro' (durum wheat) and extract the core, the purest part of the wheat, to retain all the nutritional value and a signature pasta with the distinctive and unique De Cecco taste and the superior cooking performance renowned among all the best Chefs in the world.
Bronze Drawplates: We shape our pasta through bronze drawplates to provide a rough surface similar to homemade pasta to better capture and retain sauce.
Low Temperature and Slow Drying: We dry our pasta slowly at low temperature to preserve both the original color and flavor of our durum semolina as well as retain all the nutritional value.
Cage Free Eggs: We use cage free eggs and we knead them with the durum wheat semolina to ensure consistency when cooking the pasta and a good share of protein.

Title: Good noodles
Review: I like these noodles, not all stores sell them. They are reasonable on amazon. They taste great and are sturdy and stand up well to sauces. I like making a mushroom pasta with them but anything would work. Enjoy

Review: Nice and sturdy with perfect width and thickness . These papardelle do not get wimpy. They are easy and quick to boil. Lovely taste and chew. They hold sauce well and have a lovely bite to them. I recommend mixing them with a hearty sauce like bolognese. Not the type of pasta to just top with sauce. Hard to get in the supermarket so Amazon, as always, comes to the rescue. A bit pricey for a small amount but worth it.

Title: Exceptional!
Review: This is a very good pasta. I was seriously impressed. Excellent flavor and they soak up the flavors you add as well.My husband doesn't usually notice when pasta is good but he had nothing but praise for these.Amazon also managed to ship them without anything heavy or stupid so they arrived in great shape, this time.

Title: Why are these so much better than anything else???
Review: Doesn't matter what you are using them for they will make your dish 100 times better. Simple or complex. I just used them with chicken broth, butter and some spices and it was delicious. They have a very nice bite.
