Review: The ingredient list is good. Real sugar. Real peppermint oil. These are soft like those little pillow mints and flavorful. Really taste great. They are good for relieving a tickly thoat, for refreshing when tummy is upset, for breath freshening, the can give a tiny bit of relief from sinus congestion, and can offer a bit of relief from motion sickness. The scriptures printed on the side of are very uplifting . I really enjoy these.
