Title: Perfect fit and much better than the authorized Canopy replacement
Review: We first tried to get a replacement top from Canopy, that one failed the first time it rained, the rain pooled in one section, revealing flaws in the construction, but the customer service there refused to replace it, saying you aren't supposed to use it in rain? That would mean not using it outdoors here, it rains most days in the summer.This one fit the 10X10 pop up Canopy tent fine, and it has survived several strong rainstorms. I don't know if it's water resistant like an umbrella, but it is water resistant like rain does not harm it. So much more affordable and so much better quality.Ok, coming back to report that a strong storm (no hail just rain & wind) completely shredded this, so it didn't last a year but still would consider it worth what it cost.

Title: Well made & sturdy...love the black
Review: This canopy cover is very well made, the material is thick & sturdy.I unfortunately had to return it because it fits a 10 x 10 straight leg canopy & I have a 10 x 10 slant leg canopy....so this ended up being too big for our frame. Loved the black color too.

Title: Lasted less than one day.
Review: This was to replace the cover than had been on my canopy for a year. The old one had started to tear after being up for the year so I ordered this one as a replacement. I noticed right away that there weren’t as many Velcro straps underneath to anchor. And where there should’ve been Velcro straps in the corners were patches of the same type so they didn’t stick together. I tried to use the straps to tie off the corners but it wasn’t enough. We got rain the next day and the cover flipped inside the frame holding water which them collapsed and snapped the frame by the time I got home for the day. So not only am I out the cost of the new cover it destroyed the frame as well. Do not buy this cover!!

Review: This product game in clutch. Baseball tournaments every weekend and last weekend my canopy was so worn it was raining on the inside. Got this one quickly installed easily and fit like a glove.

Title: Loose fit
Review: I measured very carefully to make sure this would fit my 10x10 straight-leg frame. It's quite a bit bigger than the original so it looks loose.On the plus side, I got it in February and it has been in the sun, wind and rain here in Puerto Rico since then and still looks like it did when I got it.UPDATE:I took away one star because the loose fit and lack of drain holes caused water to puddle as soon as we got to our rainy season and the large quantity of water caused the frame to bend. It's still in use, but I can't take it down and fold it up anymore. Recently a hurricane was in the forecast and I removed this cover from the frame. It's now very brittle and fragile and ripped in one area, which I taped up with Gorilla tape (now, that stuff I would give 10 stars!) so it's holding for now. However, there was a big pool of water again, and when I tried to gently lift it to dump the water over the edge I got a surprise shower when the material split. Today I taped that split and a few other areas where the material had either started to rip or light was shining through.I read in another review that the material is very thick...it is not at all thick. It's very thin.

Title: One of my best customer experience ever
Review: I bought the 10x10 in 2023 but wasn’t able to open and install it until last week (June 2024). When I finally did, I discovered I had ordered the wrong size. I contacted the seller, and they were incredibly gracious, offering a replacement even though it was a year later. They shipped it for free and made my day. I’ve never had such a great customer experience on Amazon or anywhere else. They now have a loyal customer because their product is fantastic—much steadier and thicker than the original I had. Plus, their excellent customer service policy is second to none. What more could I ask for? I’m hooked. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!
