Title: Awesome alarm especially if you have a convertible
Review: I bought this alarm because I have a convertible mustang and there are times. I don’t like to put the top up. This was one of the very few options that was out there and I’ve been incredibly impressed. It works very well with no false alarms. I did have an issues with the app, not notifying my Apple phone when there was a deterrent. I reached out to them and they responded almost immediately. They said they would look into it and get back with me. They got back to me the next day said that they would have a fix for my issue on the app and within a week or so they had updated the app and everything works great I did have another issue where the alarm was no longer connecting with my phone I used their text support within a matter of minutes they responded back, asked a few questions then said they thought it would be best if they sent me out a new alarm. This was 4 PM on a Thursday they said they would get it sent out right away , I should have it early part of the following week. To my amazement. I received my new alarm Friday the very next day right around the same time 4 PM. Talk about amazing customer service. I’m still amazed how they could even get me a new alarm so quickly quickly being that I’m in Arizona and I think they are in Georgia. You just don’t find customer service like that these days. I would highly highly recommend this alarm because it works very well and also because the incredible customer service.

Title: Good and getting better
Review: I really like the Keep security solution. The setup is straight-forward, and the app is easy to use. It will be nice if there would be extra cameras to attach to the front or back of a cab. Especially in a large cab like a truck. The fish-eye lens picks up the windows if it's in a centralized spot, but high seat backs can block views. Notification speed is on par with similar systems. Overall, probably the best solution in the category.

Title: Was expecting more from this product
Review: I really had high hopes for this product since I bought it to scare people from trying to go near my car. I had it on the highest sensitivity and you had to literally almost touch the window for the alarm to go off. I’ve tried refreshing the device and messing with the settings hoping there was some kind of mistake or error on the sensitivity but I still had to almost press my face against the window/glass for the alarm to go off. Another thing is that the camera doesn’t reach the rear window so if someone was there, the alarm wouldn’t be able to go off until they get near the device. Another thing was that there was cable holders to keep the wires in place but I used all 6 of them and not ONE had strong enough sticky grip to stay on my car. So the wires were just dangling and I had to buy my own cable clips to hold the wire in place. Lastly I wish the camera had night vision. The picture I had was during sunset and it was almost dark and even during the night you couldn’t see anything or picture out who was in the picture if someone set off the alarm.

Title: Great All in one Stand alone system
Review: I really luv this product. It has great features. Luv that it makes a loud chirp if anyone starts peeking in the car. I also love that I can get live data, like Arm/Disarm status, location, vehicle battery voltage, ect. I do have two gripes, one is the size and the other is the camera angle.I wish the unit was lower by half. The unit sits pretty high up, and in my case the cup holder is right behind the shifter. So it can be a bit obtrusive. The other issue is the camera resolution. Although it's a fish eye lens, I can't seem to get good quality image of both the Driver's side and the Passenger side windows. I have the camera placed forward towards the winsheild, wish seems like the best option to get camera views of both sides of the car. Perhaps a second camera, different lens, or higher resolution camera would do.Otherwise I luv this product. Worth every penny.

Title: Unresponsive, stuck in armed mode, and easy to remove (Update: but improving, see edit.)
Review: Edit (4/19/2024):Bought a second one. Seems to be working without issue. Only problem I'm currently facing is despite deleting my account when I returned the last one, it seems it wasn't really deleted and now the old returned one is still stuck attached to my account with no way to remove it which is fairly annoying. But, otherwise, it seems to be working fine. Still not quite 5 stars though as it is still easy to remove. All in all I think this could be perfect if they fixed some pain points with the app (ability to remove devices and perform full factory resets of settings would be nice.) Would also prefer the devices wasn't in a cupholder secured with just rubber pads or double sided tape but otherwise seems to do what it's supposed to.Edit (4/5/2024):Bumped to three stars (for now) as the founder of the company actually reached out to talk about the issues I had, which is a lot more than you'd get from most companies. I'm planning to install a full hardwired Compustar system & dashcam into my vehicle, but still want to get and use one of these as a more visible theft deterrent (mainly for when I take the doors off my Jeep or park in shady areas) and plan to repurchase once the bugs are ironed out. I was told they'll be adding some useful things like checking if you can yank it out at the end of the setup process and giving the option to be sent some leg extensions or double-sided tape if it's not secure enough, though I'd like to see those in the box since I can't imagine it'd be prohibitively expensive to include and would likely help a lot of people without the additional delays from waiting for them to arrive separate from the device. Also, the ability to fully factory reset the device from the app when something goes wrong would be welcomed (and may be on the way?) as the reset option does not seem to clear settings at the moment (and so, doesn't help with the situation I encountered.)All in all, it's a good concept and it does work for what it's supposed to do when it's functioning normally (my friend has one, and his seems to work fine,) but just has some issues that need to be ironed out. Based on the conversation I had, I'm fairly confident the company genuinely cares about the product and is actively trying to improve it, and it's still in its early days, so I'm not mad. I look forward to giving it another try once the current problems are fixed, at which point I'll hopefully be updating this review to reflect the intended experience rather than the one I had.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Original:Company claims it's almost impossible to remove once anchored. I can easily pull it out with some moderately aggressive wiggling while pulling in under a second or so. Why's this important? Yeah, you'll be on video while it yells at you, but that GPS tracking becomes worthless the moment someone tosses it out the window. Mine also is stuck in armed mode after setting it to manual arm mode and arming it to test it. Indefinite "changes pending" and now I can neither disarm it nor set it back to manual mode and resetting it doesn't fix it. Super frustrating. In terms of security, this is purely deterrent and alerting and will do nothing to actually protect the vehicle from someone who decides to ignore it. The camera quality also doesn't seem good enough to actually identify someone and is facing upward at a weird angle due to it being in a cupholder. It's nice to know something is happening but would be hard to do anything about it if it's more than a quick sprint from you. I had some difficulties figuring out how to setup a mobile plan for it or active monitoring so it might be nice to have that be a bit clearer within the application.I wanted to like this and was planning to use it as a theft deterrent in combination with a proper security and tracking system, but now I have no choice to return it unless I want to deal with it going off the entire time I'm in the vehicle.

Customers say

Customers like the quality, ease of installation, and noise level of the radar detector. They mention it has a great camera and alarm. Some appreciate the super simple installation instructions. However, some customers have different opinions on its functionality.
