Title: Compact and powerful
Review: Nice little amplifier! Seems to put out the power that it’s rated for, which is nice, considering the head unit that it’s connected to makes outlandish claims on RMS. (Not gonna say which brand, but it rhymes with moss 😉.) I actually had to turn the gain down to 4-5 ish to listen to my stereo at a comfortable level, and, even then, I really can’t turn it up over half volume to avoid deafness 😂Fits nicely under my split bench seat in an out-of-the-way spot. No complaints so far!I’ve read some of the bad reviews on this unit tonight. Notably, many complaining about white noise. I’m convinced most of these people just don’t have a clue how to install car audio components. It’s easy people, don’t run your power and RCA cable’s together. Don’t peg the gain. It will distort the crappy speakers you have probably paired them with anyway. You know…the ones that can’t handle anywhere near 100 watts!

Title: Nice size, but….
Review: Has a nice compact size fit well in hidden places but had a lot of ground noise and a lot of reconfiguration could not get rid of it. So quality was OK Bill quality was good design functionality good

Title: Good things, small packages yada yada
Review: I took a gamble on this as I wanted a tiny amp to run my 6.5" door speakers while tucked behind the front console trim. This did the trick size wise. I've watched a number of Taramps videos on YouTube, so I was pretty confident it would make decent power (compared to other tiny no-name amps) and it does. Hopefully it proves to be durable. I'm running it bridged with the gain barely off the minimum as my Kickers handle 100wrms each. They go to full volume on my Pioneer receiver without losing quality. The preset crossover setpoints are no problem as I leave them in full and use my receivers crossovers and eq settings. Also, I have no noise that some reviews mention. Perhaps those folk have ground loop issues? Anyway I'll definitely keep Taramps on my radar for future amps.

Title: Small, powerful, clean
Review: Pros: Small foot print yet delivers true rms power. Easy to set crossover. Only options are low pass, full, or high pass. Taramp does a good job of setting ideal pass through frequencies. So no need to fuss with fine tuning desired sound. This is great for quick setup for beginners and intermediate enthusiasts. (Some advanced enthusiasts may like this for a daily driver setup too.) No alternator whine or hum noticed like some reviews. Just make sure to match gain settings to head unit. If you set gain settings too high, you will get noise, just as with any amp. So those other reviews may have set the gains too high.Cons: Terminals are small and will fit smaller gauge wire (12-18) only. Strange that channels share a +/- terminal. But it works. Only 3 crossover settings, which limits customization, but could be a good thing if you’re looking for simplicity.Overall, I’ve been installing car stereos for over 30 years, and I would choose this amp for my daily driver. It’s powerful, small, and provides clean sound.

Title: Do not purchase this.
Review: Not a true 4 channel amp. Followed instructions for wiring which has you bridge channels 1 & 2 or 3 & 4, and only get sound out of 1 speaker. Should not be bridging high pass speakers like this. Will be returning.

Title: The size makes it worth it
Review: Originally bought because I wanted to split the front tweeters from the components in door. So given the power I connected speakers to one channel and tweeters to the other. The good is this little thing has alot of power. I mean alot. The bad it's class D so this could be good or bad. Good because it's more efficient power wise but the Sq was not as good as the 5chan so I am using this to drive the tweeters and the ab class amp to drive all the vocals and sub... if your using factory headunit then this would 100% take the strain of the headunit and make your system sound better.I gave it 4 stars because I was slightly disappointed and the sound quality compared to ab but but no means did it sound bad. If I didn't have the 5channel I totally would t mind using it to drive all my components as I was still impressed with the amp overall. If you look at the pic I was able to mount this on the ecu bracket and it is stealthAnother pro about running this over a AB class amp? It runs a lot cooler due to class D design so you can jam hard on this and doesn't get hot or go into protect. May Bridge it so both sides drive just the tweeters as I couldn't on the door speakers as they are 2 ohm so stereo it's OK but bridged it would most likely kill it as it isn't one ohm stable bridged

Title: Impressive little unit
Review: This amp has only been installed for a week. It replaced a boss chaos extreme600 AB 75 watts RMS X 4. That amp lasted 9 years until my car was totalledfrom a red light runner. That amp was 4 times the size and weighed 11LBS. Itserved me well. Went through 8 New England summers and winters. This amp weighsjust 1.32LBS. It is powering 9 year old Pioneer TS-D1720C 4 OHM 60watt RMScomponents up front and Pioneer TS-D6902R 4 OHM 90 watt RMS 6 X 9's in the reardeck. Theoretically I could put the gain all the way up on the amp and be safewith my speakers. I started at 50% and ran the head unit for a few days.Increased the gain to 60% for a few days and am now at 70% where I will leaveit. All I can say is wow! This little amp is impressive. Crystall clear soundand as loud as the old amp. Plenty of base after fine tuning the head unit. Ihave a Rockville Audio 10" powered sub on the back seat floor. Didn't connectit until I was satisfied with the front and rear speakers sound. The Tarampsmanual recommends caution touching the amp after use. The shell is actually theamps heat sync. I played music at just under 50% volume for about 45 minutes. IImmediately put my hand on the amp after I turned the car off. It was barelywarm to the touch. Time will tell if it lasts as long as the old amp. I'm notsorry at all with the purchase of this little power house!

Title: hiss noise when bridged
Review: when bridged it makes hiss noise . not noticable while music is on but very frustrating when you dont play anyhting . did not try to use it not bridged , i assume it will be even less noticable .the quality is parallel to the price i would say . nothing more , nothing less.

Review: I seen the great reviews on this amp so I just had to try it. I'm thinking to myself there's no way this is going to be a decent 4-channel amp for that price. Then when I receive the amp the thing is so tiny I almost returned it without even trying it. There's just no way in hell such a small amp could put out any kind of power unless it's full of distortion. This thing is ridiculous! It puts out such clean power with such a small size I want to buy shares in this company! I just can't believe it. It is crazy clear and crazy loud!

Review: Wow, pretty impressive little amp.Im running 6.5" mids and 2" tweets-bridged 2 channel.Very little gain and it's loud as ....Runnings 125rms mids/tweets,no problem sound's really good for what it is.Gonna get some 6x9 for the rear if not loud enough 4 channel, I will buy another amp.I have no engine/alternator noise I have a ground filter but not needed.Im surprised my cb has terrible alternator noise thats what ground filter is for now.Im sure it could run low watt subs ok.Perfect match for my needs. My camping truck nice loud party stereo! Front speakers in boxs/tweets Velcro strips- can move around to sound better outside!Cant wait to piss off big foot lol In a few months I will leave another updated review.Update:Had to add a stinger loop filter before amp noticed altenator whine now its completely gone.Going to try more Brasil made audio in the future.
