Title: Fit will really vary based on car
Review: These are universal mats of course and despite the fact they have an interesting way to trim the mats, don’t expect a perfect fit to offer full spill proof protection such as WeatherTech. On a 2014 Ford Fusion, the fit was good on the front, but the rear passenger was a bit tight, keeping the middle section in place. Better than most universal fits . For what they are, an inexpensive option to laser fit products, I’m giving it five stars, but they will not give you the spill protection of laser cut mats 4x price. I knew that buying them, but if that’s what you are looking for, buy laser cut products specific to your car.

Title: Okay Fit cheaper than weathertech with the same results
Review: For the equinox required little trimming and looks great. has worked great for the rainy days so far hoping it holds up the snow and ice as well. A little floppier than the weathertech mats still get the same fit and protection for a much better price.

Title: Not quite right for 2017 compass old body (MK) but they work
Review: I have the old body or MK 2017 Jeep Compass. I got these trim to fit mats after the first ones I purchased that were supposed to be an exact match, but weren’t. The motortrend ones were able to be trimmed but they still don’t fit exactly right in some places. First off, the driver side, is good except where that foot rest thing is. The passing side, is as close to perfect as you can get. The back seat area, you will have to cut them completely apart from each other. The cargo mat will need trimming beyond the trim lines if you want it to lay flat. Overall, these do the trick for heavier duty mats.

Title: The cargo liner is too short
Review: I followed the instructions on Amazon and checked to make sure that this product fits my vehicle. Only the 3 pieces for front and rear floor fit but not the cargo liner. The liner is about 12 inches shorter than the actual trunk size and it wasn't designed for my car trunk shape. I did not return this item because it was bulky and heavy. I guess I just have to live with it.

Review: This is a great product! Heavy duty, well-made, and easy to trim. I purchased the set of three along with a mat for the cargo area (sold separately), also from motor trend, and I’m extremely happy with how good they look and how well they fit. The packaging was impressive, and the delivery was fairly prompt.

Title: Great quality, great fit
Review: I was looking for new rubber mats for my 2013 Honda Civic, and narrowed it down to 2 options from Motor Trend - the FlexTough Model #OF-793-BK (this item) and the AdventureMax Model #MTMT-8203-BK. When they arrived, I compared both - they seem identical in terms of quality and durability (which is to say, good). They're both heavy with moderately thick grooves and decent grips on the back. The shapes and groove patterns are slightly different, though, and I was curious to see which fit my car better. (See comparison photos for differences.)At first glance, I thought the AdventureMax were the clear winner. As you can see from the photo where I laid the car's original floor mats over top, the sizing on these (the FlexTough) seemed a bit skimpy, like it wouldn't cover as much of the floor as the fabric mats would. The AdventureMax were much roomier in that respect. However, once I put them in the car, the AM seemed far TOO generous, and it was clear they'd require a lot of trimming. The FT fit much better and would require less modification, while still covering pretty much every square inch of floor. (NOTE: The rubber piece connecting the two backseat floor mats was too long in both models and would need to be cut off.)So while both sets were great, this one definitely fit my car the best, and I would recommend it for other small sedans like mine.

Title: Not vehicle specific
Review: My car: 2018 Sportage- They’re not as thick/tough as weather tech or husky liners but they’re also not as expensive.- I ordered black because I have black interior but I received gray.- They smell funky so air them out but they’re good enough for the the sand and water in the south.- My biggest complaint and reason for the low rating is that I had to look these up to fit my vehicle which led me to believe they would — you know — fit my vehicle, with some trimming.Nope.They look sloppy as heck. Too small in some places because that’s the only option you have for trim lines.I sold auto parts for 20 years. I know how to look up floor liners. I know what cut to fit floor liners should look like — the back cargo mat doesn’t even fit the correct shape of the back cargo area.The mat for the drivers front floor panel had to be cut super narrow up top in order to fit — if it was a cut to fit, vehicle specific item, the cut lines should at least be correct but they aren’t.So you get what you pay for. $70 for the wrong color and I can’t send them back because hey, hi, I cut them thinking they would fit.Each cut I was like “trust the process”.Save yourself the pain and hassle and buy the better name brands that are vehicle specific.

Review: Floor mats are of good quality. Had a slight rubbery odour for a short time when removed from packaging but has since gone. They were easy to cut to conform to the floors and fit pretty good.Overall, I am pretty happy with them.
