Title: Row row row your boat?
Review: ,, if you need exercise & everyone does, and you can't climb up on a stationary bike (which I bought through Amazon)So, every now and then I can get on it but, every now and then when my entire body aches I can'tso I bought this particular product you sit on your couch or chair (and since I do chair yoga) I can do this and it's comfortable.I just go at my own pace, and I can watch a movie and, either do so many turns with the commercials or I do it while I'm watching the movie and then in the commercial break,I maybe change positions, or have a rest period.it's easy to use it's mobile you can bring it in any room.it's very adjustable, all you have to do is, put the pedals on so it's really not a whole big deal to assemble.I'm a stickler for that!! anytime I buy something that requires assembly,I have to get a handyman. Very costly Anyway,this was a good, good value for the money.I highly recommend this pedal piece of equipment.it's very, very versatile. if you don't want to use it on the days that you don't use it, it's easy to put under the bed or you know in the corner between a chair and a sofa and this way you have it within reach so it's a very handy little piece of equipment thank you

Title: Easy to Assemble, Everything Works, Smooth and QUIET!
Review: I recently had hip surgery. I do many exercises at physical therapy, but I noticed that riding the recumbent bike seems to loosen my hip, warm it up, and help with discomfort. I think it just keeps the blood flowing. At present those are the benefits I'm looking for right now; I may want to do more resistance and muscle building in the future, but for the present, this little machine as described just seemed to hit the target I was looking for. It arrived today, and I was very excited. I opened it right away and assembled it. Assembly was very easy, and very good instructions are included. That was only about a 15 minute exercise. Also there are good videos on youtube that show it to you in 2 minutes flat. I would recommend searching for one of those just to be sure you aren't leaving anything out. I really dislike redoing things and I bet you do, too. All the parts were there and everything went together like a charm with stabilizers, feet, and straps being the main parts. The straps were already on the feet and happily fit just right, but they can be adjusted to be bigger or smaller.Although most reviews were very good, and this little unit today is the number one of 100 in physical therapy leg exercisers, some reviews had me a little concerned about how smooth and easy the pedaling would be. I couldn't wait to use it and see which side I would fall on. I needn't have worried. It immediately worked smoothly and pedaled easily and quietly. If you look at my video, the background noise is from the kitchen, not the device. You can hardly hear it when you're using it. It easily goes from no or very little resistance to medium resistance, and the monitor works exactly as described. The battery was already installed. I have it on carpet. It doesn't move around when I'm pedaling and it's not up against any barrier. I can sit comfortably in my chair and pedal to my heart's content. I love it!It's exactly what I wanted, and I did also want to mention that I got it from Amazon Resale (formerly Amazon Warehouse). When I started to purchase it, the offer for the unit in "Used Like New" condition popped up for half the price! I have found that items that are "Used Like New" are just that, like new, and the price was great, so that's the one I got. It arrived in perfect order in its original box, which actually appeared to have never been opened.I enjoy using this little exerciser, and I already know it's going to help me improve faster. I am thrilled with this purchase. I highly recommend this Mini Exercise Bike!

Title: You get what you pay for
Review: Very light to the point it's unstable. Also not smooth pedaling. I put some weight in front of it to hold it down and it worked better. Right pedal came off at one point but easy fix... You get what you pay for.

Title: Doesn't really work very well
Review: I purchased this item to help with rehab and PT from knee surgery. I just wanted to be able to move my knee in an easy bicycle action. It is pretty cheap so not expecting great things.The unit is pretty light weight, this means that it isn't very stable and slides around while pedaling. To fix the lack of stability I placed two 15lb dumbbells on the feet at wide end of the unit - with careful placement these allow me to pedal without hitting the weights.The actual pedaling is ok, but not particularly smooth, one side has a slight catch so that there's a minor jerkiness while rotating. I can handle that since I am not doing very extended pedaling but it would be annoying for longer periods of time.The LCD display didn't do anything. It turns on but it doesn't register time elapsed or rotations. I figured that it might need a new battery so removed the unit to replace the battery. It turns out that the LCD is connected to some kind of sensor that isn't attached to anything, it's just floating around inside the unit.. I appears that the sensor is supposed to register a small magnet(?) on the flywheel but since the sensor isn't attached to anything nothing happens. I'm only using it for small 10 minute cycles so I can use the timer on my phone but I can't detect rpm or anything like that. So the LCD is pretty much useless since I don't care enough to try to find the correct attachment point for the sensor.For the price - don't expect much and then you won't be disappointed. This item is not something I would be using as a home exercise component, it's useless for that since it doesn't work very well.

Review: I use this for couching. It feels to me just like a recumbent bike at the gym. That's the biggest surprise. That is imitates that gym experience in the living room. The control panel is dead simple and I loved just setting the timer and leave it there (just hold the button down ) . I use this for knee replacement rehab. But this will be great all year round. It really fit in with later physiotherapy goals. It's also well built and solid. Hold up and stays put on my carpet where I sit. Great handle designed into the side for carrying around,and not terribly heavy either.

Review: Aunque al principio me confundí al atornillar los pedales, en sí es sencilla en su uso (estoy en recuperación de una operación de rótula), se puede graduar la resistencia del pedaleo, es pequeña y no ocupa mucho espacio además que es fácil de transportar. Estoy satisfecha con ella.
