Review: Let's start with installation issues and then move on. This normally shouldn't have been much of a problem, but things just needed a bit more explanation in the manual or slight redesigns of the product. The manual's step 2 needs guidance for users. There are two screws so you would think a screw is needed for both cord wrap handles, but you only use one for the top. The bottom looks like it has a screw hole, but it isn't one. If you put the screw into the bottom cord wrap and try tightening, you then risk breaking the plastic snap which you will have to bend back into place to get the unit to snap. Unlike the top cord wrap, the bottom one snaps and does not use a screw. That same step number has you putting the 1" brush holder into place, but you may notice only the top will easily hook and then fallout off with the slightest touch. The solution is to first put the top half on first and then forcibly push hard on the bottom half almost to the point where you think you could break something until it actually snap into place. OK, you now have everything put together and are ready to fill the tank with clean water. The manual says to "Open the screw cap and fill with clean water." The problem is that the cap doesn't screw and in trying you may think that it is like a pill box requiring you to push in before you can get it to screw. Doing that then pushes the cap into the tank and you'll have to use needle nose pliers to get it out again through the hole. The cap is effectively a rubber stopper and is very flexible. The way to remove the cap is to simply pull on the little round bump and it will pop off. Now that we got the negatives out of the way the rest tends to be more positive. I ran a few tests, and you can see from the photos what the results were. The office chair cleaned up nicely and all stains and marks were removed. The bath rug was much improved, but it couldn't handle the ground in dirt so I'll have to put that into the washing machine. The brown living room chair was a mixed bag. It didn't remove the stains which looked just the same when done but the surrounding areas were cleaner. I had some doubts about its cleaning ability until I emptied the dirty water tank. That water sure was dirty (see the photo) so the carpet cleaner did clean, but it didn't remove the stains from that chair. The cleaning method used was water heated to 129-degree Fahrenheit, with 400 ml of the provided soap (one capful). The instructions on the bottle say to use to use 3 capfuls to one liter. To get the highest rate of suction you need to press the on/off button twice. Pressing it just once puts you on a lower suction or vacuum level.

Title: Got out a stain that nothing else could
Review: I really like this vacuum. I had a stain on my carpet that I couldn’t get out by hand or with my small pet vac. It had been there for a few weeks. I got this vacuum and I used the solution that came with it and the stain came out. I don’t know if it was the solution or the vac, but I am pleased. I had used a popular carpet cleaning spray previously (along with the other vacuum).I will say putting the vacuum together was a pain. There are instructions, but I did not find them easy to follow. I could not get certain parts attached (and neither could my husband) until we tried several different ways. I still am not sure that they won’t come off. I was ready to give up and just not use the attached parts (they are more for storage). I also don’t feel that even with these attachments the cord and hose store snuggly and neatly but it will suffice. Other than that aggravation the vacuum is great and I did not take off stars because of the assembly.

Title: it doesnt work
Review: i only used it once and when i tried to use it for the second time the water was not coming out of the tube. the water was going from the clean section right to the dirty can immediately and red blinking light would come out saying that its out of water so i repeated the same process and it kept doing it. i checked to see if there is something stock in the tube and it was not. this is just a bad product.

Review: We have a toddler. This definitely helps spot cleaning when messes are made. I did have to buy a different solution and it worked better than what it comes with. Overall this has saved us lots of scrubbing!

Review: The instructions were a little difficult to follow - but once I got this unit assembled, it worked like a charm! Not sure if it is the cleaning solution provided, or the machine itself, but either way, this machine took stains out of the carpet that I had been unable to remove before. I was very pleasantly surprised with the results!
