Title: I was amazed how well it worked! (The pictures donât do it justice)
Review: The pictures in this review were taken under different lighting conditions and the âafterâ picture is particularly deceiving because it was an overcast day and my shadow is partially covering the carpet. However, I can tell you that this is the same area of carpet in my home office. If you saw it in person you would never know that there was a discoloration there at one point. If the blemish is not 100% gone, it is at least 95% gone. I canât see it and I know where it was.To be honest I have no idea what caused this discoloration. We had other areas in the house with the same color carpet that we know were bleach stains, but I am not sure that this was caused by bleach or what? Itâs right next to my work desk, so it could have been anything. Probably will never know. We read the reviews on this product and noticed a theme â it seemed like the key to success was to take it slowly and read the directions very carefully. When we got the product we did that one better. Here is what we did and I would recommend this approach to be extra cautious. When you receive the product it will come with instructions and also will have a number that you can text for help. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you text them first with pictures of the stain and let them advise you on how to do it. My wife texted them back and forth a few times, and then finally she talked with a gentlemen by the name of Jerry. She said he was very nice and helpful. He gave her specific instructions (that did NOT deviate from the included paperwork) that helped solidify the process in her mind. The point is to take it slow. You can always add more product, but you canât take it off once it is there. The two bottles in the kit look similar so pay attention that you donât use the wrong bottle. It is NOT difficult to do this, but please donât do what I would normally do â women out there know that a lot of men hate to ask for directions. Something in our psyche (at least mine anyway) makes us confident that we are smart enough to figure it out. I always joke that âreading directions is the last resortâ. Ha Haâ¦As I said, the directions are not difficult, but just for clarification and to solidify it your mind what the process is remember to do the following things:1. Text the included phone number in the directions and send pictures and ask if they have any specific instructions that are unique to your situation.2. Follow the written and verbal instructions and go slow. Remember you can always add more, but once it is on there, there is no way to take it off.Quite honestly I was amazed how well it works! Our carpet is a light beige color and the chemicals in the kit were both clear (as I recall) so it is not simply a dye. It somehow interacts with the carpet fiber and returns it to the proper color. I am still amazed how well it worked and am very thankful that I am out of the doghouse ! I was on my wifeâs âbad listâ for staining the carpet, but now I am not.Go slow, ask questions if you are 100% sure, and prepare to be amazed at the results!

Title: Good stuff & Works! Light Beige Carpet
Review: I was very nervous about dying my carpet. But if you read the directions carefully and follow the instructions exactly, you will have great results. In other words, if I can do it, you can! It's not "magical" but if you follow the directions you should do well. I used the One-Step Carpet Spot Dye and a little of the red and blue to match to the right beige. (I was a bit nervous using red and blue dye on beige carpet!) But that got me to the right beige I needed. But it worked really well. I applied lightly and used the provided cloth to wipe over the spot frequently to blend and match the colors. It worked really well and was very easy after all. After I was done I thought, "that was so easy, and I was so worried for nothing." It was kind of magical to see the carpet color change right before your eyes. A word or two on seller support. I text a picture to the seller and got an immediate response. They let me know that following the instructions would deliver the best results. And to test spot on a remnant or place out of view first. They also said to text them if I ran into any trouble. So very supportive seller.

Title: Worked Great!
Review: I donât usually write reviews but I had to with this. I thought my carpet was ruined after several bleach spots from my sons acne cream. I followed the directions exactly and was a bit worried I would cause further damage but this worked great! The bleach stains are gone and you canât even tell where they were.

Title: Product worked great!
Review: Product worked great on dime to palm sized bleach stains on standard beige apartment carpet. Had to finesse the rollerball on the one step blue, but eventually got it to work. Better outcome than professional I had come out at a charge of $175.
