Title: Very good product
Review: I got this yesterday and since then I have steamed all of my baseboards, half my doors, my bathroom, kitchen, and my bedroom. I have spent atleast 8 hours using it.Pros - light weight, heats fast, lots of attachments, inexpensive and super easy to use due to simple design.Cons, not safe in wood cabinets. It messed up the finish and that was super upsetting. Needs a soft spongy attachment. The bristles are too hard for some surfaces.it would be easier to clean doors and marbles with a sponge tip so I don’t have to scrub with a rag after lifting the dirt loose.

Title: Perfect & convenient for hardwood floors and tile
Review: If you’re anything like me, you are easily discouraged from mopping due to the added steps (filling the mop bucket, dragging it around, dumping & cleaning it, cleaning the mop head, and leaving everything out to dry). This is the perfect solution!Pros:+ packaged well & very easy to put together+ comes with a bunch of extra cleaning attachments (I probably won’t use, but maybe you will!)+ the mopping pads are easy to clean and dry quickly+ easy to fill up tank thanks to the little pitcher provided+ cord is long enough to cover a large area, decreasing the amount of times needed to unplug and plug back in elsewhere+ gets hot enough to clean floor just as well, if not better than, a traditional mop.+ chemicals are definitely not required due to the temp the water gets to, but I like to add a vinegar solution for that added freshness.+ one tank full can cover my entire apartment (2 bed, 2 bath all hardwood besides bedroom)+ ease of storage. Although there isn’t an area to wrap up the cord, I can easily wrap it up in my hand and place it inside of the handle.+ so far no leakage+ I have yet to use it to steam my rugs, but I’m excited that it is an option+ definitely worth its price compared to other productsCons:- nothing!! I absolutely love this product

Title: Squeaky clean with no chemicals!
Review: I had my reservations because there was no detergent or chemicals.. would my floors really be clean? It was so easy to assemble and it was ready to steam clean in about 30 seconds. It’s lightweight and the swivel head moved effortlessly under and around things. There was very little water so the floors dried quickly. And were they clean? I have very high standards when it comes to my floors’ cleanliness and this exceeded even my expectations. I would give it five stars but I was disappointed that it didn’t stand on its own very well and having to unplug it to turn it off is inconvenient. The cord was long enough to reach all 28 feet of my living room when plugged into the center of the room.The pads picked up a lot of icky stuff so I can only assume my floors are much cleaner than they were. I’m washing the pads right now on the quick wash cycle. The carpet glider worked great for my throw rugs.I haven’t used any of the other attachments yet but I’m intrigued.All in all I think this is the beginning of a wonderful relationship.

Title: Must buy and have for any household
Review: It works fast, lasts long on one tank of water, light weight, doesn't need a ton of pressure from you to get the job done, if you have paint that comes off when washing walls get this it takes the least amount of paint I've seen. Easy to store as it all breaks down and takes little to no space at all. Heats up fast, it swivels making hard to reach areas easy to maneuver. Worth every penny.

Review: I recently purchased this , and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with its performance and quality. The numerous attachments felt overwhelming rather than helpful; instead of speeding up my cleaning, they only slowed me down.Additionally, I encountered a troubling issue with the grout brush. It began melting, producing a dark black liquid that left me confused about its source. I couldn’t determine if it was oil from the motor, dirt from the floor, or residue from the brush itself.In the end, the product felt cheap and more like a toy than a reliable cleaning tool. The stress and anxiety it caused made me realize I’d rather hire a cleaner to handle the chores instead. I ultimately decided to return the mop, as it just wasn't worth the hassle.

Title: Better than expected!
Review: I love this for steaming my floors. Works great on carpet, hardwoods and laminate. We also ended up using it to remove wallpaper in one of the rooms in our house and it worked really well. The water reservoir seems like it would be small but it works well. It’s pretty cute too and it can be handheld or on a long or medium sized handle which is great. Definitely a great buy!

Title: It's alright
Review: It's not bad. It steam cleans the tile, laminate floor, and carpets nicely. Easy to put together and clean up. The cord situation is annoying. Short cord and doesn't have anywhere to wrap up on to. It is top heavy and will fall over. The steam detachment just makes everything really wet. I'm going to keep it and use it, but I wouldn't buy it again.

Title: Great purchase
Review: Love it for our engineered hardwood floors. Light, easy to use, floors dry quickly. I prefer steam to chemicals, less “stuff” to buy/store. I’m a little skeptical that it gets hot enough to truly sanitize (might not be good for engineered wood anyway) but I’m happy enough with how my floors look. It can get gunk off with a few passes (maybe more than a few😉) It doesn’t stand up but I can sit it on a countertop because the upper tank is flat on the bottom. I can pretty much do my whole downstairs kitchen/living area on one tank and the cord reaches too.
