Review: This knife is everything you would want in a carving knife. The blade is easy to keep razor sharp and it carves meats of any kind with great ease. It is very comfortable in the hand and is the best carving knife I have ever used. It is not inexpensive, but it is worth every penny of the price. You will never need another carving knife. I wash this knife by hand (not in the dishwasher) so can't tell how dishwasher use will impact it. It is a fine tool and I treat it with respect and expect that it will last longer than I do.

Review: Awesome knife. Extremely sharp. Can easily cut your finger off without even feeling it. Cuts soft tomatoes like putting an Extremely hot butter knife thru butter. We purchased a complete set and are extremely pleased. It has never been so easy to cut steak with any steak knife until we got these.
