Title: Nice set of cast iron pans
Review: Work well, need to season before first use. Recommend adding oil to skillets for the first several uses as the cooking surfaces are not smooth. Word to the wise, if the cooking surface is rough, it will take longer for it to become non-stick. My only complaint is that the handles are extremely short for the size of the Skillets. Use a pot holder, the handles will be hot. Also, be sure to turn the heat down when the pan comes up to temperature, cast iron holds heat for a long time. Pan will overheat.
