Title: Quality cast iron cornstick pan
Review: As with all the Lodge products I have used, this one is excellent. Heavy, holds heat, and is excellent with cooking cornsticks. Easy to clean with a bristle brush.

Title: Works great!
Review: Make certain to oil VERY HEAVILY with nonstick spray. Put batter in a cold pan and then in a preheated oven. Wonât stick. Just wish it made seven corn sticks, then it would hold a whole box of Jiffy mix.

Title: Get two of them.
Review: Awesome cornstick pan, preheat cast iron in oven at 450° with oil in the cavities, get it out after 10 minutes or more, the Miz should sizzle when contacting the pan, fill to top and place the second pan empty and hot on top of it, 10 minutes in the oven each side.Enjoy! The cornsticks on the picture was of my first time using them, they fell off the pan easily.

Title: I love Lodge...
Review: Ok all of my cast iron is Lodge. I like it. I use it a lot. This is an interesting pan for corn bread sticks. This pan is probably one of my least favorites in the Lodge line because the stick. By the time you oil them down enough to prevent sticking, you have oily bread. Now to be fair I have used it twice. I'm not ready to give up on it, but haven't worked it out yet. It is an interesting piece in my collection and I'll keep it. As all Lodge sturdy and will last a very very long time.

Review: Great pan. Just enough for a small family. Portion sized cornbread bakes perfectly with lots of lovely crunch on the outside but still soft in the middle. The shape makes cute sticks too!

Review: From a company thatâs been in business since 1896. Used to make corn pones for my son when he was a toddler. Bought this one so my grandson can enjoy the same. Makes the best cornbread. Make sure to follow the care instructions.
