Title: You get what you pay for
Review: Over years of being cheap and owning a cat, I've finally accepted you get what you pay for when it comes to cat litter. I used to always buy the cheapest stuff out there and used to absolutely hate dealing with the litter box, it was always a disaster. Smelly, hard to clean, litter tracking, I had all these issues. The urine and litter used to turn to a disgusting muddy paste that clung to the litter box. We now have two cats (one large and one small, and downsized from two litter boxes to one) and this is the best litter I've found for the cost. I can scoop once a week on trash day, top the litter off with some fresh and two boxes easily last me 4-6 weeks. With subscribe and save it's about a $1/day but so worth the less hassle. This stuff scoops so much easier and never had an issue with smell. Still some tracking but not terrible. The lighter weight is definitely easier to store and pour. I do use it in conjunction with the Fresh Step litter box deodorizer, which also easily lasts a month.

Title: Ok not great
Review: So I've been using this lightweight litter for a few months now and I'm switching back to tidy cat lightweight instead. Even though tidy cat is more expensive it's much better quality and clumping especially for a multi cat household. I was really hoping this litter would be better bc it's almost half the price but it just doesn't keep the smell down very well and almost have to change it weekly. Also definitely not 99% dust free, it is full of dust and when you refill the litter box you get hit with a huge dust cloud in the face. I gave it 3 stars bc it's still usable and a more affordable lightweight litter but in my opinion it's worth paying extra for tidy cat.

Review: Update: So, 3 weeks is the peak of all the greatness mentioned below. As you inch towards 4 weeks, you get more mushiness, breaking clumps and less odour control so litter is no longer clean and fresh like before. Still, you get up to 3 weeks of all the raves below which is incredible. Just completely replace the litter every 3 weeks versus adding to the litter already in the litter box. Like I said, there's still a sizable amount remaining. Curious that Amazon doubled the price within 24 hours of me writing my glowing review though. Hmm.I am 3 weeks in with this litter and there is still a sizable amount left in the box. UNHEARD of!! Excellent, very firm clumping! The clumps are so firm that the litter in the litter box always looks fresh and clean, if you can believe that. Amazing odour control too. 3 weeks in and I never needed to add a deodorizer. Totally worth the price. Low dust too. I tried Slide Platinum which was great but the entire box finished under 2 weeks so that's costly. Also, unlike the Tidycats litter which is lighter but buries and cements deep in my cat's paws, this leaves my cat's paws clean and I don't have to worry about stressing him out trying to clean out cemented litter. Highly recommend.

Review: This litter works well for me. The litterbox is in my upstairs bathroom and the last thing I want is to be smelling it. That isn't an issue when using this formulation. I scoop it a few times a day to get the most use out of it, and my cat likes it. It isn't perfumey like some litters. Works like magic.
