It’s important to perform water pump maintenance. It'll improve the longevity of your cat water fountain. Please clean the pump every 2 weeks.

If the light is not working:

1, Try using a different wall outlet or test it with your own USB charger.

If the pump is not pumping water:

1, Disassemble the pump and clean its interior and the impeller using a brush. Most pump failures are caused by blockages.

If the water flow is weak:

1, Disassemble the pump and clean its interior and the impeller using a brush.

2, Remove both the carbon filter and sponge foam filter to see if it makes a difference.

3, Unscrew the yellow stamen lid counterclockwise or remove the entire flower spout.

Review: My cats will only drink from this style of fountain. I recently switched to this brand and model and appreciate the quality manufacturing and functional details. The light and window is helpful in seeing when the water needs to be refilled and the bottom grip works lovely so the fountain doesn’t slip. Easy to clean and quiet. Title: Lights Up Our World
Review: Seriously, it's pretty bright. We don't mind the bright blue light emitting from the fountain, but if it's in an area where you'd prefer it be dark at night, it might be an issue for your household. Our cats absolutely love it! It was an immediate hit in our house with zero issue whatsoever acclimating to the fountain for our kitties from a normal water dish. We've tried out all three functions and they work perfectly, flow with ample force, have an even stream from all sources, and is not overly loud or obnoxious when operating. The fountain includes a filter and power box and is super easy to assemble and clean. We clean and refill our fountain daily, it takes literally less than five minutes total, and is worth the effort. We would absolutely recommend this product, we are totally satisfied with it, we imagine our kitties are as well, and we feel it is a great value for the price.

Title: Cat friendly, easy to use. Perfect!
Review: Our two kitties love this water bowl! They drink frequently and seem to like the friendly water movement. Cute design that is easy to set up and clean. Quiet with good water flow. Nice visibility on the side of the bowl to view the remaining water level. At night, there is a soft light so always easy to see. Have used for many months now, and no signs of mildew or mold. The top "tray" is stainless steel while the rest of the parts appear to be plastic. It's perfect!

Review: The fountain is very easy to assemble and it was a very good price for how often my cats use it! I was only able to upload one video, but there are probably 20 of my cats enjoying it. It’s very easy to clean and comes with a warranty, which is nice considering how much it gets used in this house! The fountain itself holds enough water to last 5-7 days, and every time I refill it I clean it out.I would highly recommend getting this if your cats like water/drinking from the sink. It keeps them entertained for quite some time throughout the day too

Review: I was struggling to find an efficient, but also cost friendly water dispenser and filter for my twin cats. Ran into products that were too loud, filters weren’t so cost efficient (or even pet friendly), or even bad designed dispensers that don’t keep water clean, fresh, and cold 24/7. Finally tried this little cute flower design of a dispenser… and let me tell you was I surprised.1: Noise from it is so minimal that it neither wakes the cats or I up in the middle of the night.2: The simplicity behind the design makes it so time efficient for all-around services/maintenances. So the set up may take around 10 minutes because it’s your first time seeing and understanding the product in person. But after maybe 1 to 2 visits back to clean the product, (timing and occurrence of cleaning maintenance depends on the environment), it’ll literally be 2-3 minutes MAX to re-clean anytime onwards. ITS THAT SIMPLE. But what else is simply is the color and design of the fountain fits nicely, but discretely pretty much anywhere you want in the house. ITS THAT SIMPLE.3: The product covers the area we all are always concerned about… “Is it really safe? Or is it a gimmick?”, the system they have for their filter is profoundly consistent and hasn’t caused any problems for my cats (who have a severe asthma problem and require much care in every aspect). Title: For the price, its beyond AMAZING!!
Review: Honestly, for the price of this product, its not even worth it to me to really stress about cleaning all the little components and filters religiously and making it last for years. I'll just toss it and buy a new one after a few months. This fountain is perfectly sized, i have 2 cats and their current fountain is way too big. Ive also tried fountains that are way too small. Also, this has a pleasant blue glow and pleasant trickling sound. No other noise coming from it, just the water trickle. Which, i guess if you sit in a silent house for several hours listening to it, it would become like chinese water torture, or make you need to pee. And finally, big points for the stainless steel lid. More hygenic. Overall great product at an amazing price.
