Review: I got this for my furry friend and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed. This pet fountain water bowl not only replicates the natural preference of pets for drinking flowing water, but it also increases the oxygen content of the water, making it fresher and more appealing to my dog. One of the key features that stood out to me is that it comes with 4 replacement filters and its price. This is incredibly convenient as I don't have to refill it every day, giving me peace of mind if I forget to fill it for a couple of days or if you have cats you don't have to worry about them not having water if you are away for a few days! The fountain is also very quiet, which is a huge plus for me and my dog as he can be very skittish sometimes with loud noises, at first I was afraid he wouldn't like this but he warmed up to it fast and has no issues with it.I feel like he drinks cleaner water now. The design keeps the water moving and fresh, ensuring that my pet always has access to clean water. without dust/debris/hair. I also appreciate how easy it is to clean, thanks to the included pipe cleaner. Taking it apart for cleaning is a breeze if you follow the directions and replacement parts are affordable.I did have an issue with mine breaking, but the Seller was quick to provide me with a replacement that works perfectly.Although I wish there was a window to see when the water needs to be refilled, it's easy enough to lift the lid to check. Review: I was hesitant to purchase this as my cat didn't drink much water, but she does now! It is so quiet and she loves the fountain part. I found that it is easy to clean when necessary. No leaking because of the stainless steel. I can see this lasting for years with just filters needing replacing. Excellent buy!

Title: A perfect purchase
Review: We had a different pet water fountain that made a fair amount of noise as it ran and even more so when it was low on water. The fountain often plugged. So, we decided to look at other options. I have been pleased with this purchase. We use it for both our cat and dog. It is incredibly quiet and the stainless steel is a better option for our pets than plastic. The water is cooler than with a plastic fountain and reduces the leakage of plastic into the water as it breaks down over long term use. The look is clean and sleek, the water stays cool and fresh with constant movement, the dog and cat love it, it's quiet and we feel like we have a better system to keep our pets healthy!

Title: Large Capacity and easy to take apart!
Review: I got this to replace a plastic water fountain and have found that this has great durability and seems better for my cat’s health. The one downside is that the calcifications of the water can be hard to clean - but everything else is easy and my cat absolutely loves this fountain. She won’t drink from anything else! This is functional and holds a lots of water. I love that it’s covered so less debris gets in the bottom of the fountain.

Title: Easy assembly
Review: This fountain was easy to assemble and is working well. I purchased quite a few filter & sponge replacements so I wouldn't have to wait for deliveries when maintenance is required. My cats are starting to use it and seem to enjoy the tiny "faucets".This fountain should last a long time because it's stainless steel. I wish it were a heavier gauge but for the price, its good. I look forward to a long service life.I purchased it to replace another fountain that was primarily plastic. The plastic deteriorates over time and becomes impossible to clean properly. I think this is a fine purchase and I'm satisfied.

Title: A quiet fountain that my cats love and EXCELLENT customer service
Review: This was my original review from May 2023 when I ordered the fountain:This fountain arrived just today so I'll have to update once my kitty has had a chance to give it a test drive. But I did want to say that I was skeptical of the claims that the fountain was exceptionally quiet. I am pleased to say that the claims were accurate. I can't hear the water at all even though there is a steady flow.I washed the fountain before setting it up. It was fairly straightforward to set everything up. I was also able to find a YouTube video created by "RellatyOfficial" showing how to clean the pump once the time comes to do so. That will be helpful.As someone else commented, it is kind of odd that the product does not bear the Rellaty name even though it appears on the product images on this page. But name, or no name, thank you for making such a quiet water fountain. I have high hopes that my kitty will love it.UPDATE: We've had this fountain for 3 weeks now and my cat loves it! His water intake has definitely increased. Plus, the fountain continues to quietly keep his water clean. Highly recommend.THIRD UPDATE (12/29/2023): One of the removable plastic pieces on the water pump must have had a microscopic opening that allowed water to enter. Despite my daily cleaning, a pink growth started as a pinprick but got progressively larger over a period of about 2 months. There was no way to get to the growth and remove it as it was contained entirely inside the plastic piece. I contacted Rellaty customer service and their representative, Emily, responded to my email inquiry within an hour of two of my submission. Emily offered to send a brand-new pump. Within 5 days the new pump arrived in the mail. Can't say enough good things about my experience with Rellaty, this fountain, and their customer service which is exceptionally responsive. My two cats continue to love this fountain and prefer it to a bowl of water that I always leave out. If you are considering a fountain for your pets, I highly recommend this one.
