Title: Phone works but battery could be better, very basic.
Review: The phone works pretty well for seniors or someone who wants a really basic phone. This phone has done well so far but the battery could be better. My grandma was able to receive phone calls to and from the phone. I do like that there is an SOS button but I wish the button was better because honestly it is one of the smaller buttons. It can be harder to see as it just looks like every other button and color. I would say at least make it a different color to make it easier to spot. The phone has some durability but it is pretty easy to scratch up. There is no real case for it. I have dropped this a few time and the casing has scratches and dents but the screen so far has not cracked. It has however gotten scratched up. The phone is pretty small in size which can make it a bit harder to find if you happen to misplace it. The next thing I will say about it is that the battery life is not the best compared to other phones like this. It does not last more than 24 hours unlike other phones. This is very basic phone so it does not have things like web browsing capability so be aware of that.. It can be tracked so you can easily be pinged their location so you at least can track them if needed. Not all providers can be used with this so make sure you check what can and cannot be used before purchasing this. The keys are pretty nice and BIG so if you have a hard time seeing and that helped quite a bit with my grandfather. The user interface is also very simple. The letter are somewhat big but some may have a hard time seeing it. You can have a preinstalled easy to scroll through call list so they can easily contact you with this phone as needed. There is no camera which is a bit unfortunate but it would probably not be a good quality one anyways. The speakers on these is pretty strong so you can put this on speakers. This also means the ring is pretty loud so really hear it when I have it in my pocket. The device will send a text message to people on the list (that you setup) and state you are in trouble or need help. This is great for if you are unable to open your phone. It will automatically send the text for you. It does not have a ton of memory but it does not have camera and such so it should not require any memory. It does come with a charging cradle which is nice to just drop your phone in to charge. There are prongs on the charging cradle so try not to use force or anything or you could break the prongs. It does use a standard type c usb cable for charging and a full charge is about three hours but can last several days depending on usage. Overall the device is a bit more stripped down than other phones like this. It really does give you the very basic features light and simple. It is a good phone for someone who is not tech savy and just wants a basic phone. The down side is that there are the battery is not as strong as other phones like this only lasting at most 24 hours.

Title: Excellent phone for calling but difficult for texting
Review: Perfect basic function phone for calling. As far as texting goes, it's very difficult. I realize people would not be purchasing this phone for a lot of test use, but even for limited use I found it annoying and believe those not familliar with technology would be very frustrated by it. Multiple buttons need to be pressed in order to view a message. Sending messages is horrible. I have texted on numeric pads before and this does NOT function normally. It predicts and inserts nonsense 'words' which then need to be deleted. The menu is awkward. Some screens require you to press the up/down then select button while others require you to type in the number of the menu item.The charger is excellent and easy to use.The volume can be turned up very high.Overall - for phone use only it is great.

Title: Good basic phone for emergencies
Review: This is a device that has the basic functions for calls and messages if needed. It is designed for senior citizens but also can be used as an emergency home phone.It comes with a sim card with affordable basic phone plans. The device is dual sim so you can have two different numbers on the same phone.The phone has a built in FM radio that doesn't require headphones as an antenna. This is my favorite feature that I wasn't even looking for.You can text but I am so used to a smartphone, texting on this device can be a little annoying if you are not used to the T9 style text method.

Title: Almost everything you want in your phone.
Review: Such as, a removable battery (huge plus), a built-in FM radio (I'm not sure I've EVER seen another cell phone with this feature!), and a legible screen. The only thing it's missing? A camera. Even if it was a basic camera and couldn't transmit pictures, it'd still be nice if it could take them. Overall, though, it's a nice little phone.
