Title: Hiboost cell phone booster
Review: This is a quality system that works as advertised We ordered it to use on our fifth wheel and I had just got it set up and registered with Verison when Liam from tech support texted asking if I had any questions or needed any help. That was a first! He answered all my questions and asked for some screen shots of the meters and made a couple suggestions to get it fine tuned. We live in Colorado and head to the mountains to go fishing and were happy with the performance up at the lake. Went from sos to two bars. Data was slow but we were able to make calls and text. Liam was there helping with tower location for us. We were able to try the Omni antenna and found that it was easy to set up not having to know where the tower is but was not as strong as the directional antenna in remote locations. We have traveled to Mississippi for the winter and are surrounded by trees and having some problems getting any boost. Liam to the rescue! We determined there may be an issue with the booster and he sent a new one to me in four days. With weak signal from the towers we went from one bar to three bars in the camper. Data speed is good and is working well for our Jet Pack for internet for the laptop. This is a quality system and the customer service and support are top notch.

Title: Improved phone performance
Review: Wasn't hard too install, was in a reasonable price range and actually improved my data performance by an acceptable amount. Greatly improved website access data speed (no more no internet warnings) and pictures came up much faster while shopping, reading news stories etc. Almost no buffering now and I'm on a cheap Boost 25$ plan. Money well spent .Don't know how long booster will last but so far so good. Don't come with an outdoor antenna pole but had everything to mount to my existing TV antenna pole. Plenty of cables, didn't need the shorter cable. Haven't had any call issues. Range I use is 25 feet from booster in same room. All in all it's reliable and works as advertised .

Title: Works Great
Review: This works great.I'm in an area where I got less than one bar on my phone, to top that off the cellular company updated the tower I was managing to get o signal from and my phone was spending it's entire battery life trying to find a signal.I installed this with no help from the manufacturer, instructions were okay, could have been a better explanation of what exactly I was looking at but I got the general idea.I am now able to get between 2 1/2 to 4 bars. No more searching for a signal.The only downside I have found is for some reason my data connection is not improved. It says 5G but I only get between 2 to 5 mg data. Also, for some reason the app keeps forgetting who I am and I have to log back in (despite selecting the remember me option).So, overall I am very happy with my purchase.

Title: Great customer technical support - Great product too!
Review: Living in a rural area, I have access to a single cell tower, and when I put a metal roof on my house, my signal inside the home was degraded significantly. After comparing brands and prices for many hours, I picked the HiBoost Sidekick and I'm glad I did. I received the booster and did a temporary mount on a pole. I was unable to get any change in signal quality, though I found my tower ok and adjusted the antenna direction and height multiple times. I reviewed the documentation and put in a support request via the websites chat feature, which was convenient and was answered very quickly by Yoselin. I had already determined the issue was my towers stronget signal was on coming in channel 66, which after reading the specs more closely, I found was not supported by my Sidekick device. After speaking with the tech, Yoselin, I was told to how to turn off channel 66 in the supplied App, and was able to force the booster to use a different channel. After this I was able I was able to get a small signal boost, but it was intermittent. After monitoring both my phone and my room mates for a few days, and speaking with Yoseline we found both were still connecting on channel 66 from time to time, instead of the booster, as the other channels were much weaker, even with the booster detecting and improving the signal. Yoselin asked if I would exchange the device for one that supported channel 66, and within a few days, I had received the new booster and swapped it out for the one mounted on the pole. I noticed an immediate improvement in signal and voice call quality and so I then made the effort to do a roof top mount, which improved my reception even more. None of this would have been possible without the assistance of Yoselin from tech support. She made multiple contacts with me over a period of three weeks, as I was unable to work on this install consistently during the week due to other commitments. I am very impressed with the quality of the both the device and the support. As for the device, it did take some time and effort to find my tower, mount the antenna and run all the cabling internally, but that is to be expected, and the device works so well and has improved signal at my house so much that we no longer t have to go outside to keep calls from dropping or to make a call. Very happy with this purchase and the support I received from Yoselin.
