Title: Very Helpful Upgrade to My Life
Review: So far this tablet is working very well. I needed a new device because my old tablet's camera was awful (Brand: Sebbe). It did not take good pictures at all. Very blurry (speaking of, I had to use my old tablet to take the pics of this new tablet for his review. Sorry).I purchase a lot of things online and sometimes I have to do returns and such, and I need to submit pictures of the item and barcodes, and the old tablet I was using would not give me clear enough pictures to make my operations most smooth and functional.I was looking for a new tablet that had very good picture quality as well as video quality. Also, my Android cell phone is wearing out and about to break. It's on its way out. Until I can get a new, ideal phone I was also looking for a tablet that could double as a phone when I need it. I was able to take the SIM chip out of my phone and put it in this tablet. And it has been working even better than my phone! Very good phone calls!What I was prioritizing in looking for a budget-friendly tablet was large RAM and storage capacity, a good camera that also had good video quality, dual SIM capacity, Android 14, most economical, and if it would come with a protective case then that would be a nice perk to save me time in hunting around for additional mission critical components.This tablet has passed all those check marks. Everything is operating smoothly. So far so good in making my life run more efficiently.

Title: Excellent Tablet and Customer Support!!
Review: We purchased an older version of this tablet as a gift for my 8 year old son. 6 mos later he dropped it and the screen shattered. I reached out to customer support and they gave me an option to test this tablet as a replacement for the older tablet. My son primarily uses his tablet to play roblox and watch YouTube. The older version was much slower, camera quality not as good, "laggy" and he didnt use it much because his fire 8 was faster. But this new version is much better! It's an excellent tablet for kids considering the price point and accessories that come with it. I can see myself using it for work if needed. I didn't want to spend hundreds on a name brand tablet for my kiddo so we went with this at the time and glad we chose to replace the older version with the latest one. I don't think I need to go with a name brand after seeing how well it handles. I was not looking for something with the best screen resolution, storage, processing etc. I just needed something that works, has reasonable speed and reasonable battery life. You've got to consider the price point when making the purchase so for those reviews that are expecting an apple/samsung tablet, this is not it but it is an excellent tablet for daily use. I regularly update my electronics and I can say this tablet is comparable to the speed, response rate and an even better battery life. I will be buying another one of these tablets for my daughter. One thing I do recommend is getting a different case if kids will be using it. The case that comes with it is not kid proof.Here's my 9 YO review of the tablet:The tablet is really good to how it's not laggy for me my old one is a fire tablet and it's not that bad for playing but this one is way better and also it has a alot of slots for it for my apps it's a 5 stars for me super good tablet 😀

Review: Hi, and I appreciate you reading this review.( I updated my review to 5 stars, I guess I can see the things I listed as more of as improvements, I am typing this out on the tablet right now, and is as fast and responsive as my laptop.Overall I can say it is serviceable, purposeful, useful, can be used as a back up computer, so it is all around good! Thank you to the creators!Finding based off of: Responsiveness, tactileness, dependability, user interfac.. etc..I am only going to specify some missing information from the product to better inform others.0. Amazon product support is amazing, they helped me to realize I had the wrong sim card in the device, that is why I was not getting service, as soon as I switched to the correct sim card, I had service!1. This only supports USB type C 2.0, which means you cannot use an USB type C to HDMI adapter to display tablet to an external monitor. Only USB type C 3.0 ports can do that. This is important because if you plan to use this for productivity on a larger screen, the only option is screen mirroring over WIFI to a smart TV, which lags behind when you drag the mouse.2. The keyboard is a purposeful, but you really have to press the buttons fully, instead of slightly like on other keyboards.3. the mouse needs 2 triple A batteries4. When using the mouse, some buttons on website will not register the click, you have to reach to the tablet and press it, which breaks the keyboard and mouse immersion experience.5. Holding the tablet with the case can be uncomfortable because the case is wider than the tablet causing you to hold the case with some fingers and the tablet like a weird positional grip.6. The mouse is connecting through a USB receiver.7. because the mouse has a USB receiver it takes up the only USB connection port.8. This tablet does not support charging and data transfer at the same time if using an adapter that has multiple USB inputs, an example; (trying to charge tablet and use the mouse with the USB receiver at the same time). you can only do one at a time.Will update with more soon!

Title: 2g sim card needed not 5g
Review: Thought we could use a 4 or 5g sim card for this device but told it is a 2g card. Many carriers are no longer using 2g so be aware.The price is good and my husband likes the larger screen than his cell phone. He uses his cell phone as a hot spot to power this device.
