Title: excellent camera
Review: I purchased this camera after returning one that looked similar but was of a much lower quality. This camera has a manual that is easy to understand and covers everything you need to know. The camera is easy to set up, easy to install the batteries. It takes a full size SD card which I like. I've used it for a couple days now and it has worked great, got some pictures of our local fox and some of some deer I didn't know were here. If you want a good camera at a good price this is the one. I've had the camera a few weeks now and i still am impressed with it, we had a flash flood and the tree i had the camera on was underwater, not sure how long the camera was underwater but it had mud and leaves on the top. Opened it up and it was dry inside and still working.

Title: AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Review: I currently own two Meidase cameras. For the price point, they are excellent cameras. In their first year of use, I was amazed by the quality of pictures and videos- both daylight and night. They seriously matched, if not surpassed, cameras that are 2x or 3x more expensive. Now, I did run into issues in their second year. The video quality seemed to diminish on one camera and the other had issues, as well. BUT these issues brought me to highly recommend Meidase as a company to purchase cameras from. I reached out to them about the issues and within 2 hours I received a response. Not only was it a quick response, but it turned out to be a very productive dialogue where I learned a lot about troubleshooting the camera and even received a new replacement camera within a week for the camera we could not troubleshoot. The Meidase customer service was just absolutely top-notch- it truly is the service that makes me give this camera five stars. Some notes on troubleshooting camera: If you are switching out SD cards and you are replacing the cam with a card that was not previously in that camera, remember to FORMAT the SD CARD in the camera's menu option. Also, if you are experiencing any issues, do begin by completing a Factory Reset in the menu and then re-formatting the SD card.

Title: Great service!
Review: Have been through many trail cameras over the years. These take great pictures and video. Bought 3 of them. One would not program, however. Contacted the company and they were fast in responding and didn't play around. They sent me another camera within 2 days. It works perfectly as do the other 2. Anyone can get a defect on any product but the customer service is what's important when you have problems. These cameras could not be easier to program and take very clear pictures. The built in screen is very clear and easy to use. Very satisfied and will buy again.

Title: Corrupted file issues
Review: This trail camera does a good job with sensor sensitivity, focus, and picture/video quality. I two of them and have operated them for nearly a year and through a cold Minnesota winter. It does well with battery life and its functionality is generally good, and it is very intuitive and easy to set/use.However, nearly half the time when I pull the SD card, the files are corrupt and unreadable. I have over a dozen trail cameras of various brands, and none have this consistent of a problem. I use a high quality SD card and format it each time, and have tried on multiple card readers, including using the camera itself as a card reader. Most of the time, the images are visible on the (small) screen in the trail camera, but cannot be read or imported onto either of my computers, both of which are less than a year old. This formatting issue renders the files useless. I will not buy Meidase products ever again.I own two of these cameras, and I set them both up as 'bait' cameras in full view of anyone who might want to steal them, so they won't see my good trail cameras in the vicinity. These Meidase cameras are cheap junk. Do not purchase.

Title: For the price you can't beat it
Review: We've owned various brands of critter cams over the years and I find myself favoring this camera. (So I bought another one). The picture quality is clear, the videos are also clear, and I love the audio feature. It's simple and easy to operate and has enough features to customize to your personal preference. I think I might like some sort of velcro strap rather than the buckle, but that's the only improvement I could think of. Very reasonable price for a great little trail cam

Title: I love it!
Review: We bought this camera to monitor water flow in a creek on some rural property we own. It has given us so much entertainment watching bobcat, squirrel, raccoons, weasels, hawks, etc. All these critters were videoed as they came to the creek for food and water. Picture quality is great, and night time resolution is very good. We plan to buy two more and place them in different areas. We've seen bear poop, so hopefully we can get some bear videos as well. We have not used the picture mode so far, just the video function. Well worth the money. And the batteries are lasting much longer than the manual says they will.

Review: This is the fourth one of these cameras I have purchased. Great quality and great value for your money. So easy, user friendly set up. I have never had to refer to instructions for the set up. Good variety of options. I like the new improved strap clip. Have recommended to others who have been equally pleased.

Review: I've owned dozens and dozens of trailcams, this one stands out for quality, battery life , amazing video etc. Will definitely be getting more of this model.Update.....I compared this camera to some that cost much more. The more expensive cameras can't touch this one. I have a Browning Spec Ops and a Moultrie M40i as just a couple of my more expensive cameras. The video and audio with the Meidase is of higher quality.
