Swanky Champagne Coupes from America's Most Famous Nightspot, Circa 1942.
With the repeal of Prohibition, the air was filled with the sound of clinking glasses, not in tall flutes, but in swellegant, bowl-shaped coupes. Champagne, after all, deserves a full, real wine glass with both shape and dimension. (When you hold them you feel fabulous).
Many classic short cocktails are now served in a coupe rather than a Martini (or cocktail) glass, so these versatile glasses serve double duty. Offered in a Gift Box Set of 2, the original Champagne Coupe as popularized at New York’s Stork Club. Includes authentic Stork Club postcard plus beverage coasters from the legendary night club.
Premium Gift Box Set of 2 vintage-style Cocktail Coupes, inspired by Champagne service at the Stork Club, America's most famous nightspot; Gift Set includes one dozen Stork Club beverage coasters and vintage postcard
Re-issued from the Golden Age of the Nightclub, classically designed with a broad, shallow saucer; both aesthetically pleasing and as functional as they come; plus, the nostalgic value makes for a great conversation starter
Swellegant, bowl-shaped coupes for the versatile service of Champagne, Champagne Cocktails; also for serving “up” drinks, cocktails that are shaken or stirred until chilled and served without ice
The modest size makes a perfect fit for most civilized cocktails, faithful to the smaller, practical cocktail glasses of the 1930s and 40s; each glass is elegant, light, and a real pleasure to drink from
Dimensions for superior functionality: Top: 3 1/4-inches; Bottom: 2 3/4-inches; Height: 4 1/2-inches; Volume Capacity: 5 1/2-ounces

Title: Perfect cocktail glass
Review: I frequent H&F Public House in Atlanta, and I was surprised by the number of cocktails served in champagne coupes. They're the perfect size, don't spill easily like martini glasses, and have a large surface area for more aromatic drinks or those in which something must float. Makes so much sense. When I started to look for some for my home bar, I was surprised at how few are available. There are tons of really cheap ones, but nice ones are harder to come by. These are perfect. I wanted something clean and simple and very well made. I also wanted one that held the right amount of liquid. Some hold more, but many hold far less, which is a pain for cocktails (you want to empty your shaker, and most drinks are designed for more traditional glassware). These are perfect. I make daquiris and manhattans a lot, and these work incredibly well. They seemed pricey, but you're getting a great coupe. I only got two to try them out, but am definitely buying more. Great glassware to show off your drink.

Title: A different glass for champagne, just to keep it interesting!
Review: My husband bought these to mix up the champagne events just a bit. The glasses are fine and still allow the bubbles to tickle my nose, but I think I prefer a flute for a more elegant sipping champagne!

Title: These are nice but small
Review: The quality isn't bad, but these definitely are not heavy. They are attractive looking and do look vintage.

Title: Good quality, but
Review: Good quality, but...I thought the quality would be head-and-shoulders above other coupes. Then I saw Libbey coupes and realized the quality is the same. I would not be surprised to find that they are Libbey coupes (available at time of writing for $39.95 per DOZEN!) but with coasters and a short cocktail list included.

Title: Very nice glass but price is too high
Review: I love the glasses. Not the price/value. Also be aware these are small glasses. Perfect for a very exacting coctail but a little dainty.

Title: Just Right!
Review: I just received my glasses & I have been searching for this particular size & height champagne coupe/saucer for months. All of the others I have bought, are either too large or too tall. These are reminiscent of the vintage style of elegant champagne glasses as seen in the old movies. I canât wait to use them. I am very pleased

Title: A Great Gift.
Review: This box set came with a couple of great little items: the glasses of course, a little booklet and some great coasters. These were a gift for someone who had recently had a baby and she was very happy. The glasses were a great quality; made of heavy glass and a thicker stem they seem like they would be harder to chip. Was a great decision to purchase.
