Title: Awesome for kids or light users
Review: Bought this for my teenager to use to do school at home for a semester. Didn’t want to spend a lot. Surprisingly this computer works just as well as my much higher priced laptop that I use for work. This one is just as fast. The case feels cheaper, though - thinner for sure. But overall, this was a very, very good purchase and I would recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to travel with it and just wants to use it at home

Title: Pretty decent for the price!
Review: I had to get a friend to remove a bunch of bloatware and tweak it to my standards but it’s a great laptop. Runs fast, sound quality is great, battery is long lasting and am playing a lot of games with no issues. Performs well. Normal appearance. Set up was easy. I’ve used hp for years and it’s still a great company to get laptops from. Will buy again if needed.

Review: No instructions are included with the product!? I know, we are in the digital age.Set up a bit slow at times, system froze when trying to Register with Microsoft. Reminder of the black screens - except that it just stood there frozen. After 3 On & Offs it allowed me to complete my gift to my daughter.Delivered as promised. Packing & Instructions according to price!

Title: Extremely Slow, Clunky, Cheaply Made, Cheap Plastic
Review: I was so excited about purchasing this small capacity laptop for just my writing. As simply as that. Nothing more. Well... it couldn't even handle that. I started it up and it took 10 tries for it to be able to connect to my WiFi. After it finally did, it experienced such slow hangups uploading software and loading internet pages that I was not even able to install chrome. I would type something in the browser window and the text wouldn't start showing up until 5-6 seconds later. It would blank/freeze screen while trying to load Edge. It wouldn't even load up the installed Word application. I tried over several hours to get this thing to just let me pull up my Drive page so I could see how it does with my typing and it was so slow that I just gave up. No computer should be this slow or be this difficult to update. It's very cute and if it weren't such a bad performer, I'd actually ignore that it's made of very cheap plastic and I really had to lay on the touchpad to get it to click in a very specific spot. I'd have been okay with that since typing doesn't really take much touchpad use unless editing and I would have been okay with it. But.. because I couldn't even get past trying to load up a page, I was done. Not worth the hassle. Returned it next day. Please don't bother buying this - you're taking the risk of having to fuss around with it for hours to no avail. Someone reviewed that this was good for older folks - I don't think it is. It's not good for anyone. Just a horrible, outdated, lagging, cheaply made useless device. On to my search for a different laptop.

Title: Bought A lemon
Review: I bought this laptop last August. It worked great for a couple of months. For the past three months it freezes while on Zoom. No matter where I am. Have tried 5 different physical settings as well as internet providers. I did buy the support agreement so going down that road, but have to send in the laptop and currently don't have an extra one. So that will cost me productivity and money in my small business.
